Biergarten — Restaurant in Vernon Township

It was an incredibly hot sunny day, my partner and I were looking for a dining experience when we came across Biergarten. I am absolutely blown away and all expectations were incredibly exceeded. They have a plethora of options including the bison burger, pulled pork, kids menu and much more. We decided to go with the tacos and tried each of every kind. Our absolute favorite was the Mahi Mahi tacos. Perfect blend of Mahi, Pineapple Salsa, and other ingredients. All balanced perfectly. The chicken taco was also incredibly delicious. Incredibly simple and traditional, however tasted extremely phenomenal. The pork taco and steak tacos were also very tasty. However the Chicken and Mahi are my personal recommendation. Our waitress (apologies for forgetting your name) a young woman, tan complexion. Was incredibly friendly, attentive and interactive and made our dining experience even more of a pleasure. I will NEVER go back to this place! Me and my family decided to go zip lining for my daughter’s birthday. After we finished we went to eat lunch, the guy that was taking our order, Kenny I think his name was, he was absolutely AWFUL, he had his sunglasses on and did not acknowledge us, not looking at us at least once while he was taking the order. Since he was very rude, my husband didn’t left him a tip so after, we were waiting about 25 minutes, and 10 other people that came after us, got their food. My husband asked him what happened to our order, the guy was not able to find it, because he canceled it! Not even apologizing about his mistake, he said to my husband “Oh I will put your order now.” This guy shouldn’t work with people, he doesn’t have any people skills. We talked to the manager, and I hope that they will do something about it! Really...

I'm a Sussex local who loves food and beer. I went to the Waterpark today with my husband to enjoy a day out and about. We stopped in at the Biergarten for a beer and a snack. The service from Kenny was AWFUL. WOW. Didn't look at us, acknowledge us at all. I had to holler for a menu after 10 minutes. It wasn't busy, there were like 4 other customers. Finally ordered a beer and some food, both delicious!! But the service was really bad. I could understand if it was packed and the one dude was super busy, but that wasn't the case. Just didn't even acknowledge us, check on our order or drinks... nothing. Super lame. Probably would NEVER go back. Still tipped the jerk well regardless. Not a...
