Look reason why I went was for there next level barber shop which was great. I give them 5 stars. But before I got my hair cut, I purched a gift for a friend at bath and body works. Well I walked out the store and sat on a bench, thinking nothing was wrong in the world. But no, I got up to look at something across the way and someone stole my bag. Well this is where I gave the low stars. I asked next level and bath and body works to call security to help me out and get some help with my stole goods. The number they called was busy and we called over and over and over, and no help at all. I even walked over the that area of security and no answer. I even called qnd left messages to the answering service machine system on the main victoria mall phone number for customers service and nothing. Well I lost 20$ not loss stole from. And no one got a hold of me and let me know what they could have done for me to help out.
