Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Victoria

kids were disappointed that the jungle gym with slides were not there anymore. I had left overs from the food court ; which i did not want to put in my hot car. My grandkids wanted to go play games for an hour, so instead of taking the fun from my grandkids I threw my food away. I purchased (3) hour play cards for my (3) grandsons. ( was not happy) I'm interested on how many others had to make that decision as well; I was ready to leave, and how much more profit they could have made? not to mention the children that ended up with disappointment. The bathroom was disgusting. ( so disgusting ill leave it to your imagination, to gross to talk about). And, like I said about the little jungle gym with slides, we would have stayed extra time for them to play on it. I think we will pass on Chuckee Cheeses for awhile. Maybe new management will come along and fix...

Fun place for the kiddos. Food is really not the reason you go there...just my opinion. But the kids seem to like . They do have wings that are good. I'm gonna rant....I know you pay 30 bucks for a card and play and get points....its really ridiculous that they charge so many points for things that cost practically nothin to stock and the staff on the night we went was in the I dont care mode when helping our grandkids...and was not adding correctly or doubling up....really....its already expensive to eat and play games....dont nickel and dime "kids" that just want a super cheap item....and pay attention to the group your helping and not just stop helping to help others...I would have waited if we were behind someone else....sorry, just not on my list of places...

We are not from here and this probably the worst chuck e cheese's we have ever taken our daughter to. There is a bad odor as soon as you walk through the door. The person who mainly dresses like chucky is terrible at acting the part; very disappointing. The games are OK. The pizza is pretty good. The best quality this chuck e cheese store has is their service. Always welcoming for us. But this place does not put a smile on our daughters face so I rate it a 2.
