UPDATED RECENT REVIEW: I had another excellent experience at Zales in the Victoria Mall. Amber helped me and did such a wonderful job on my wife’s jewelry and also cleaned my grandfathers ring for me. Such a knowledgeable professional jeweler like Amber is hard to find. She was able to tell me so much about the ring I inherited when my grandfather passed away. She thoroughly inspected and cleaned my wife’s bracelet, necklace, ring, and earrings, all of which I have purchased from this particular Zales. I have always received great service from here but Amber was absolutely incredible and helpful. Her professionalism and knowledge coupled with her kind and helpful demeanor really makes her one of the best sales professionals I have ever met. Absolutely awful service. Walked in with my wife, one other person was looking at jewelry, it wasn’t busy at all. We have a credit card with zales, we purchase jewelry quite often. It was my wife’s birthday, she asked a simple question of what specials do you have , and where is the clearance section-obviously that was a turn off for them considering 3 employees who were busy chatting together couldn’t help us as we sat waiting for assistance. Why would we spend money in a store that doesn’t care to sell or be respectful. We waved at them and told them thanks for their service and walked out . Absolutely the worst service...

I found a ring I really wanted to buy my husband online. I walked into the store to see if they had it in stock so I could see it in person. One lady who was sitting down asked if we needed help while I was talking to her she got up and walked to another employee and began talking to her. This was beyond rude and disrespectful. Since this establishment doesn't seem to care about it's customers, based upon it's customer service, I will be purchasing all my jewelry and wedding bands from a different...
