Read moreOur family has been a loyal customer for over 16 years. This restraunt has been the go to location for several parties etc. Because of this I was extremely upset about a current experiance I had. I ordered the grilled chicken in a mushroom sauce. This was my first time ordering this dish and I was not pleased. The chicken was completely burnt and when you bit into it all you taste is the charred part. I sent it back and ordered a dish I've got numerous times, the San Lucas. By now i'm starving and when the plate comes, I don't hesitate to dig in. The first bite tasted completely of salt. It was so salty it was burning my throat. I told our waitress to just bring the check because I was ready to go. On the ticket they had charged me for the San Lucas which was $16. I called the waitress over and asked to speak to the manager. The manager knew me and immediantly asked what was wrong. I explained that I could not eat the san lucas because it was too salty. I also told her that I shouldn't pay for something I could not eat. She told me she couldn't comp both plates. I told her I would not come back if they are going to charge me for something I can't eat. They just lost a...
Read moreI just need to provide very bad feedback on a visit 5/21/21. Arrived in the late part of the day with a party of 8 the way my guests and I were treated it was closing time; I would of greatly have appreciated if we would of been told in advance of placing order that restaurant would be closing soon. I asked waitress to give us additional 10 min to look over menu and she stated kitchen would be closing in 2 minutes (pressure kicked in) Everything felt so uncomfortable with her pushing to make decisions to order. Once food was served some was cold other had no flavor and a beef quesadilla tasted like beef was smoked (burnt). I understand it was late but it was a Friday night and for us it was a Graduation dinner that was spoiled by bad food and very bad service. Only reason that we stayed was because every other place was packed due to graduation celebrations. My tab was at over $175.00 for only sitting on table for about 30 min because most food was really not edible. I will never step foot in this place again. I felt so embarrassed with my guests for making bad choice of giving this so called restaurant...
