They want to charge me $50 to help me press buttons on my stove. I called yesterday about it and they set the appointment time to 3 pm to 4 pm. I called today to confirm and he had no knowledge of the appointment and said if they do come out I would have to pay someone $50.00. Had him repair my Samsung side by side refrigerator (compressor was bad) I have had nothing but problems with it since they have came out a few times it has a freon leak so they had a guy come out and charge it then said they will come pick it up to fix it to call him when it stops working mean while my food has gone bad twice and he is saying that if the leak isn't at the compressor they want to charge us for the repair when it never leaked before they touched it. first, let me say, they are the only repair place up here that we will call from now on. we have Samsung appliances - we had a fridge that started freezing the deli drawer. no one would even consider working on a Samsung up here... they'd consider it a lost cause/waste of time- but these guys came - said they could fix it but would have to take it to their shop. they did - but brought a loaner at the same time - granted they had it for almost a month... but we got it back and its working great - and they even knocked a little off the original price for our inconvenience. in a age when no one repairs, we just replace, its nice to get stuff...
