I recently attended a county fair here and left with mixed feelings. For a county fair, it was definitely smaller than expected — it felt more like a local pop-up event than a full-scale fair. The food was just okay — nothing memorable and a bit overpriced for the quality.

The vendor booths were underwhelming and didn’t offer much variety or anything that stood out. That said, the animal exhibits were a highlight and probably the most enjoyable part of the visit. It was clear they were well cared for and fun to see up close.

Parking was very easy and reasonably organized, and the combined cost of admission and parking came out to $20, which isn’t bad compared to other events. There were some scheduled events and entertainment that might be worth checking out, especially for families with small children — the rides seemed geared toward the younger crowd.

Overall, while the fairgrounds themselves were clean and well maintained, I probably wouldn’t return unless they significantly expanded the attractions or improved the overall experience.
