Never shop here. They are complete scam artists. They are a predatory appliance store that claim they are a scratch and dent outlet but they sell their appliances for way above mrsp and current market values. They charged me 245.41 through Zelle apart from my loan for 12m interest free financing plans that are available for free through the finance companies and perks for opening accounts. When you try to cancel before you even receive the merchandise after you realize the scam they claim that they are the middle man and you have to contact the finance company to cancel even tho they are the ones who sign you up for the credit. The credit company will not give you your money back because the company did not cancel the order and will not confirm the order has been canceled on their end. I will never recommend any customers to come here. Don't be fooled by the huge room full of appliances. the prices are listed at higher so that you feel you are getting a discount. The fridge I purchased was listed for 1899 but on "sale" for 1699, after a quick search I realized that 1699 is full price and they sold me a 1000 fridge for over 2000. The supervisor, the rep Mayra, and whoever Hector is, all need work on their customer service. And if the person that owns the company was smart they would get rid of all three of them and start over. As someone who always tries to support small businesses, this is a business that I will not support and will loudly speak up against after the way I was treated. They are doing illegal things there and try to use the no exchanges, no refunds, final sale computer paper sign that they printed behind them as a leg to stand on. I gave them many chances to make it right but now I will be reporting this business to the BBB, the federal trade commission, California attorney General Rob Banta, along with filing a police report as they are not willing to help fix their scams which has now costed me a total of $2145 and some change. It's sad what a company will go to to keep hard earned money from a single mother who tried to support their business.

He is knowledgeable, super friendly and not trying to scam you for your money and not pushy whatsoever. They have an amazing selection, spectacular pricing, and quick delivery! You will not be disappointed! And im glad that they are the ones who ultimately got the sale because they are a small business who actually cares about their Customers. They took care of me for less than the price on the original fridge I purchased. They really turned around...

I paid 3,864 in leasing + $600 DOWN in store for a washer, dryer, & a hi-sense french door refrigerator. According to the sales floor RUBI , all items off the floor are shipped as is and you get what you get and choose. I chose this fridge knowing it had scratches on the side. What WASN'T disclosed to me is that it does not come with the water filter which all "NEW" appliances should come with.

Furthermore, after paying $50 for a water filter and putting it in, the fridge is now LEAKING water when I try and get water from it. I have maintenance people here today quoting me $250 for a replacement pump because there is a CRACK in the piping inside the fridge!!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Please! I am now out more than 5K dollars for things that work SUBPAR if that. and it's convenient that there are no exchanges and everything is "NON-REFUNDABLE" what a coincidence! SCAM SCAM SCAM and all they want is money! Go where you are...

I needed a washer and dryer, before arriving I was told over the phone that they offered veterans discounts and "in store" discounts. When I arrived the employee had no information to give me all of a sudden. She didn't know the years of the dryers or capabilities. She insisted they were "brand new". She ended up discounting me on a floor model that she had said previously was "brand new"so I didn't get a deal in reality. I needed my old ones taken away and paid to have the news ones delivered and installed. 160$! The employee said he will deliver from 6-8. They called me at 5 while I was away from home and said they were on their way. Could only wait 10 mins or so. He arrived, they hauled away the old ones but when I looked in the washer it was NOT the same as the one I had seen, it had been used! Water came out the hose when I hooked it up and there was red residue inside. Will not be coming here again and neither will my friends...
