So today was best friends sons birthday weekend and he was dying to come to Sky Zone. Unfortunately when we all got there we were dissatisfied to hear that they had a power outage. There was no notification of this power outage online nor did we get any updates until the whole group of us drove there. So once we got the news needless to say we were frustrated and upset, as were the kids. Time is valuable and we had wasted our time driving to a facility with an outage. I get things happen but there is always a way to notify the customers or atleast give another solution with some sort of discount than the little one we got and the free T-shirt. That for me did not mean a lot epically the fact that we still had to drive to a whole other location and pay more money once we got there. The kid at the counter was very nice but besides that their overall business skills poorly lack and need to improve. We next were told to drive the kids to another location and what was were we supposed to do on the kids birthday so we all trooped him and his friends to the New Rochelle location which is even further from their house (and the other children). Once we arrive here we are told this location is $5 more per person and it's had basically nothing to do compared to the first location we had picked out. I found it outrageous that we were not even told about this price hike plus the fact that we were charged this due to a situation that was completely out of our control. They had a lot less variety for the kids to do AND HALF of the trampoline areas were closed the whole time. Then they closed off the obstacle course because it was only open for a reserved birthday parties. This was lack of communication and complete incompetence in the owners or managers working for charging more, for not informing customers of outages, for no vouchers for anything free or discounts. Just horrific customer service. The hours and amount of of money spent upsets me and all the mothers involved especially the birthday boys mother. I would never ever recommend this facility to anyone I know after what I experienced today. Complete failure on customer service and lack of care others time. The poor birthday boy was very upset and let down. Again I am still in total disbelief of such a disgrace of customer service that was NOT...
Read moreI recently visited this facility with my daughter on a rainy day and unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by the facility's deceptive membership practices. While there are other issues with the facility itself, I would like to focus this review on the troubling membership encounter I had.
Upon arrival, I was encouraged to sign up for a membership, as it was presented as a more cost-effective option compared to a day pass. Additionally, I was assured that I could cancel the membership immediately if needed. Enticed by the prospect of savings, I decided to proceed with signing up.
Just a few days after signing up, my wife received a call from a facility representative welcoming us as new members. However, my wife promptly requested a cancellation during that call, and she was assured that our membership was canceled and we wouldn't be charged.
Much to our surprise, the following month, we noticed an unexpected charge on our credit card statement from the facility. Feeling perplexed and disappointed, we immediately contacted the facility to explain the situation and politely requested a refund.
Regrettably, the response we received was far from satisfactory. The facility informed us that cancellations can only be done online and that they are unable to process refunds. This left us feeling cheated and frustrated. It seemed as though the company had intentionally taken our money and, when confronted about the issue, refused to provide any resolution.
It is disheartening to encounter such deceptive practices and a lack of accountability from a business that should prioritize its customers' satisfaction. The unfortunate truth is that this company essentially stole money from us and demonstrated a complete unwillingness to rectify the situation.
I sincerely hope that sharing this review will make the management and potential customers aware of the questionable membership practices and the disappointing customer service experience we endured. It is regrettable that we lost $26, but if my feedback can help others avoid similar frustrations, then perhaps it...
Read moreWe absolutely love this trampoline park and gots sweetheart of a deal so we became members and with all the pros I do have to mention that you better check into if they are open if you go early;
They close the place for a private event But we have memberships and bought 10 Groupon tickets to bring friends, then found the place closed for two hours!
There has got to be a way to update your members and put it on the website ( not just on social media! As we are not all on those platforms) or have someone answer/return calls.
I called the day prior three times then left voicemail with details on coming next day with several friends yet no one called back. Awful to have a car full of kids and have to turn around.
Do have to give those who work there a credit because they are clearly short handed and while they seem not well trained at all , they at least show up and try to do their best and we’re very nice. These are young adults mostly. Management needs to get on top of training them properly and supervise.
Before the pandemic there were strict rules on kids taking turns jumping however, this last time it seemed like a zoo , free for all , kids jumping in the foam pit whenever they wished on top of one another, little kids never getting a turn while the big ones were having a great “ free to do whatever you want time “ while the girl was sitting around , smiling and helping build a foam tower.
Get the employees trained, pay them well and have someone in charge.
Really love this place for the kids to get their energy out , would hate to...
