Five Guys — Restaurant in Village/Town of Mount Kisco

One of the worst branches. The food is still the same, the service though! The other day I went I was the only one in line and ready to order. I approached the girl behind the register and said hi. She looked at me confused and horrified and just left. Just like that. I got confused too and didn't know what was wrong. A young man came and said "I can help you". I was about to order when again he said "hold on" and left. He came back and apologized. I finally ordered. I needed a fork I asked him he couldn't find any. He kept saying "hold on" 3 times. Five Guys has the best fries around and their portions are outrageous. I order the Little because it's enough to share.

I placed an order tonight and this is what I got. I've never had an order of fries where I could see the bottom of the bag BEFORE I began eating the fries. This looks like they ran out of potatoes. Or maybe somebody is having a bad day. This was a little serving of the Little. Whatever the reason, this is ridiculously disappointing. I'm giving two stars because the small number of fries that were in the bag tasted...

I was more than just disappointed, the food was just passable and the price outrageous. 3 Burgers, 3 small fries and 2 Med sodas cost $43.00. The burgers looked to be slapped together without regard for how a burger is actually put together. Pickles were half out, lettuce wilted, bun soggy...asked for bacon and low and behold “ No bacon to be found” had to go back and ask for it.
