Mexican Fiesta Taqueria — Restaurant in Village/Town of Mount Kisco

My family ordered take out from there and they left out a portion of the order. We called back to notify them to see if they could refund that portion we did not receive. It was one of the pricier orders. They said “we can’t do that.” They would have made us return and they would make the order for us even though it was admittedly it was their mistake. That would be another 30-40 minute round trip drive.

The female employee that responded did not seem service-friendly or understanding. They should reconsider training the front staff if the business is at all important to them.

The food that was received was sub-par and very expensive for what it was. For the same price one could get takeout from the restaurant Truck while also receiving kind and friendly service from folks who will actually apologize for any mistake made.

I hope other people have a smoother experience here, but our family was sadly disappointed that a local restaurant failed to properly address this. What a treat! Nonstop delicious and top-quality ingredients and dishes at this new Mexican spot right by Mana Thai and Petco. The steak taco and nachos are especially top-notch and, dare I say, more gourmet than your average Mexican spot. From the guacamole to the cheeses to the chips, everything is so carefully made and grilled. Their refreshing strawberry lemonade is the perfect topper to total decadence, as are their wildly soft chocolate-chip cookies, made with coconut flour.

The staff is also very nice, including the talented chef - you can tell the owner is jubilant and doing exactly what he loves to do.

Firstly, Juan is a gracious owner— he always has a moment to check in with his customers and is passionate about his sharing his efforts to produce only the highest quality foods. His carnitas, steak and cauliflower burritos are to die for. All renditions of his tacos are unmatched in the surrounding area. His sweets— from the horchata to the churros to the seasonal pecan clusters— are delectable and thoughtfully created.
