I have never been treated so poorly! I was in town for a wedding and on the way home I Googled the nearest coffee shop to get coffee for my drive home and RoamFurther came up as the closest. 1. I didn’t realize it was inside a K1 Speed which was tremendously confusing and difficult to find. I was already skeptical walking in, but at this point I was already there and my family agreed to wait in the car. I ordered an iced coffee with oat milk, which I presumed since it’s not an iced latte or espresso drink, this is generally a pretty standard order and a simple drink to make. After 5 minutes of not receiving my coffee, I checked in with a staff member to see if perhaps my order was missed and they let me know they were “working on it”. At 9 minutes of waiting I asked again, as I didn’t understand how an iced coffee takes 9 minutes to make. Both men working were so incredibly rude, telling me that they were working on it and if they were talking to me then they weren’t able to work on my or others’ coffees. I’ve personally worked in the service industry for years and I would never talk to a customer this way. One of the gentleman turned his back on me ignoring me as I was trying to talk to him, the other yelled at me asking, “Well, do you want a refund or do you want your coffee?!” I was completely taken aback! I’m not a rude person, nor a confrontational person. Yes, I was a little perturbed that my coffee was taking so long, but I was NOT understanding WHAT was taking so long, which is why I was asking. In most cases cold brew or iced coffee, as I have worked at a coffee shop before, is already brewed and it is poured over ice. If there was a different way they made their iced coffee/cold brew or if they were putting espresso in my coffee, which I didn’t want, I would have liked to know, which is why I was asking! If they know that a “custom” iced coffee takes 10 minutes to make, I feel that is something they should warn their customers in advance, such as, all of our coffees are made/brewed special and take a bit longer to make. Also, the men behind the counter could have just simply APOLOGIZED for my wait and ensured it would be finished very shortly. I hope they know this is not a way to treat people, especially paying customers. I felt dismissed and ignored and this truly ruined my day and my two...
Read moreCute little coffee shop in the midst of much chaos. We tried a cappuccino and espresso soda. Both were decent. If you’re already in the building with kids it’s a nice getaway but I wouldn’t make a special trip to come specifically to this coffee shop. It’s definitely not quiet or peaceful but that’s to be expected considering it’s adjoined to a parkour gym. While the coffee was good, it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had or particularly unique. I also had high expectations because I saw so many 5 star reviews so maybe that led to my...

👍Good espresso.
👍Fast Wi-Fi
👎Stiff chairs.
Place is great to hang out while kids play. The espresso was tasty and I spotted them doing those fancy latte arts.
The WiFi is fast for a coffee shop. I clocked it around 80mbps which is relative to like a home or private office.
Only gripe is the steel stools are super uncomfortable and there’s no tables. Just counters.
