I recently ordered a mox diamond from FIVE6 on tcgplayer, and I’m impressed with the way they handled it. The listing was $450 for “moderately played,” which is around $150 dollars below market value, so I pounced as soon as I saw it even though I was leaning towards buying a proxy for my cEDH deck.
I then got a message from FIVE6, saying there had been an error in updating the price, but they would not be canceling the order as to honor the listing price. In return they asked me write to write a review, and I was happy to do so. I also very much appreciated that this was not a transactional request—they shipped the diamond out the next morning.

Jess, who was the employee supervising the event, was absolutely delightful to have in that role. even considering the low maintenance, she took initiative to make sure that we had everything sorted out on the day. no one had a bad thing to say about the tournament after the fact, and it was definitely thanks to the friendly folks from FIVE6. can't wait to work with...

They also said they would refund the months of supporter program I paid, but never did so. Shouldn't presell thousands of dollars of products you don't even have allocations for, I could of bought...
