We did not know any of this prior to booking, otherwise we would not have booked there. The swimming pool was being worked on, although we never saw any workers during our stay until Saturday but the wait was 11 hours to fill it and to put the chemicals in. Only one elevator worked in an 11 floor, full capacity hotel, and there was no hot water. We called maintenance the first day of our stay and was told to turn all facets on and to just let the water run. The maintenance guy came about an hour later and the water was still cold!!! He said there was NOTHING he could do because the owners needed to install a new water heater and that they already knew about the situation. So we had to take ice cold showers, bird baths, take one at night or let the water run for hours if we wanted to shower in the mornings. I could not wait to get home to take me a hot shower. The pool finally opened the day we checked out. We rushed around to buy me a bathing suit because I had forgotten to pack mine, wasted money!!! The eggs in the buffet was powered eggs they tried to camouflage with cheese and sausages, NASTY!!! We finally me the consiourge on Saturday to get information we had already seemed out on our own and she gave us a 2017 discount book. Then we made reservations to do the tour on Sunday but no one showed up to give us any information on where to go, etc., no one showed up to work that day.
