Unfortunately it has come to a bad review. Six months ago received furniture and siderails to our completely white bedroom set are OFFWHITE and showing bare compressed wood on the top and bottom. Our loveseat has paint on the side and a piece of wood separated as if it had been dropped. The day we received the furniture sent pictures and was told that new rails would have to be ordered and that someone would be sent out to repair loveseat. Three months ago, contact store owner and he informed me that rails where in order and that he would send someone out to repair loveseat. Two months ago, left message with employee, never received a call. One month ago, talked with owner and was told he would check into the rails and that the material for loveseat was on back order. Here we are six months after receiving our furniture and nothing. Looks like after you receive you furniture, it really does not matter to the store owner anymore. Pandemic are not, the furniture had to be "made" when we ordered it 9 months ago. Material should be available for loveseat and rails should have come in by now. If i ever get my furniture correct, I will update to a five star but if not, each month I will update that it is still...

I've since moved, and the furniture itself has held up so well, even with a couple bangs here and there while moving (NOT from the delivery team). The coffee table and tv stand are both Ashley Furniture and were such a good deal compared to your standard furniture stores. I believe my couch is also from Ashley, but I'm not entirely sure. My boyfriend also ended up going back and got a wrap-around couch that fits perfectly.
I love how every time we go in, the team is so friendly and welcoming, but aren't pushy or overbearing like you'd experience in a typical furniture store. Read moreThe first sectional we had delivered wouldn’t fit inside of our doorway upon delivery. It was slightly smaller than our existing sectional- so we assumed it would fit. The sectional that wouldn’t fit was 2 pieces instead of 3(our original sectional). Just something to keep in mind if you are shopping. All sales are final however the owner Patrick allowed us to do an exchange and was very helpful and fair. We ended up getting another sectional delivered that is perfect within a week.
