Such a relaxing day spent at the beach. Really enjoyed the light crowd of people. Not overwhelmed or too busy. Only downside was there was so many jellyfish and seaweed on the ocean. It was difficult to swim in. Got there at 8am and left around 6pm but around 5-6pm is when the seaweed started moving away from the shore. It was much more enjoyable, but the jellyfish were my main concern. We also parked on 3370 Sandfiddler road which has free parking but you gotta get there early to catch these spots. 0 bathrooms there. Would have to drive over 2 miles to get to a public bathroom.

Only open from VBCPS Spring Break thru Labor Day from 8 am to sunset (a portable toilet is available during the off-season). This facility has both a men's restroom, a women's restroom, and a family restroom. Outside open showers with foot showers are available to rinse off the sand before you depart so you don't track it into your vehicle. ...
