Zeros Subs — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

Nice folks, great sub; I got the Italian Godfather. Excellent example of type. Good Italian sub.

The onion rings were ordinary, unlike the sandwich. The sandwich was great; you can easily bite through without crushing the sandwich and squeezing condiments out of the sandwich (like Panera bread, said second visit, but that's another story.

People were so nice inside. Tables and chairs encouraged a very short visit. Clean bathrooms and the dining room was well organized.

Food was just ok. I had the Philly cheesesteak with fries to go while at the beach. The sub I think was supposed to come with onions or peppers but it didn't taste like any were on it also the whole package was a bit small as a whole. The one nice thing is that unlike subway, they used a flat top skillet to heat up the steak for my sub etc. Place has 6 to 8 parking spots and inside the shop is small but has its beach charm. Went there Friday afternoon 8/6 at 1:30ish. Clearly they were short staffed, and in restaurants that's when you can really tell the quality of the team. The employees were so focused on taking care of the line. They were so busy and yet they still maintained true hospitality. So kind and so commited to doing a good job. And my food came out perfect! Absolutely worth the wait. I just wanted management to know :) Kudos to that...
