I’ll give this place 2 stars because they had some cool stuff but nothing was tagged and when we asked the younger lady working tonight she was very short and rude with a “It’s tagged. Don’t ask me.” When I told her I’ve looked at several and none of them are tagged she finally told me “the large one is $14.” When my husband asked “what about the small silicone cup?” She argued with him about there being multiple styles over there and she needed to know which one. So again he repeated “the small cup.” She came back with a “there’s a wine glass too. Which one?” So he said “my apologies I didn’t know about the wine cup because there’s no wine cup over here and I am asking about the small cup. You already said the large one was $14.” She finally gave him the price in the crappiest tone she could. We put our items down and walked out. Service is terrible. It’s a shame because the items were cool.

I’d also like to mention that Google says they close at 10, they do not have hours posted on the door and they told us they were closing at 8 at 7:36 when...

Was looking at the glass turtles at the counter and a sign that clearly says prices are on BOTTOM of turtles. Turtles were all in box on top of sand there was another sign that says not to play in the sand. My husband said it says don't play with it. I pointed out it said not to play with sand and that it states that prices are on bottom of the turtles which is why I was lifting the turtles to look at the price of each. A woman folding clothes who works there said it means not to play with them in general because they are delicate. Hmm... Then maybe the sign should say that and prices shouldn't be on bottom of turtles. I'm assuming that was for children to not "play" not a grown adult who was looking to purchase items. Store cashiers are rude and totally uninvolved …..Listening to gangster rap instead of fun beach music. They all have nonchalant attitudes. Surprised that you can sell anything in there. You need a fun beach vibe! One gal Saturday Gave me a hard time for an exchange ( item was too small). I knew when I bought it that if it was too small, you all accept exchanges. The tags were still on. They were still intact. I did not have a receipt and your cashier chose to make that a real bone of contention. I showed her the tag that still had your price and your label on it. She was unnecessarily rude about asking for the receipt three times. Whatever…. we’re done there.
