Used to love this place but I'm fed up with how inaccurate their hours are. If you go here when google says it's open there's a good chance it's actually not. ALWAYS CALL to make sure you won't be wasting your time going to an empty store
Edit: I hate this place, never going here again after being sold a product (Novo 2S) they don't even sell replacements for. No smoke shop has proper replacements for the janky device this place sold me. They claim to have them but they're the wrong model. When I inquired I was told they're the correct ones and was made to feel as if I'm in the wrong, but as time would prove, these people are full of $h!+. You'd be better suited heading down to The High Company just 5 mins down the same road. Better prices, better staff, and their products actually work as advertised. Go figure. If the people who work here actually care to read their reviews (which it seems you may considering your hours were updated shortly after the first part of my review), just know you lost a long time customer and I hope the rest of your demographic comes to their senses about...

I showed her what I was using, which is Dragons Blend from Medical Farms, She said she doesnt have that brand but bought out 6 other brands. She asked if I liked mint, I said NO, and it narrowed it down to 2 (she said ) . The one she chose for me was CBD oil extra strength. I paid Over $54.00 for this small container & went home to try it, I opened it up & smelled mint right away. Then tried if for 4 days or so & it did not do anything. I called her today & she claims I cant return it, she said "just like Rite Aid & CVS" I know for a fact I can return to those stores. Anyway she said she would NOT refund me - then she hung up !! Read moreTerrible customer service! This is not a review of the employees but who appeared to be the manager or owner. Great experience with two employees who helped me purchase a higher end vape pen. One week later i needed to exchange it because it was not charging. An Asian lady came over and told me that i had charged it incorrectly (which i did not and never told her how i charged it) and said she can't help me. I was instructed to call the manufacturer. She repeatedly talked over me and said assumed things that were not true. In my effort to explain to her what had happened, she walked off. Not only will I never go here again, I truly hope other potential patrons go to another shop with better...
