Tasty Pho — Restaurant in Vista

Amanda was rude argumentative and prideful. I had just left my infusion and stopped for pho (least food to trigger N&V). I walked in with my son who was my driver and stated " I want your house pho because it's the only thing I can eat. But my son has never had Vietnamese food before so he needs the menu please" I sat down and 85.00 dollars later was on my way home. The staff suggested multiple dishes and he got them all. When we got home I asked for my food and to my surprise it's not there. 5 full bags of everything else. I started crying right there on the spot and contacted the restaurant. Ps gave them 15 dollar tip for even 100.00. dollars. Amanda states that she went over the ticket with my son and got confirmation that it was correct. I I reminded her that when I stepped into the restaurant that is what I ordered and that is why I stopped here specifically to get it and she proceeded to argue with me and say that your son did not say anything when the order is repeated back to him. I then explain to her that my son is never had Vietnamese food before and everything that they suggested is on the list but I ordered the phone when I first walked in the door. She would not accommodate me or she would not give me a discount I've even 10% or a free side dish for the inconvenience of coming all the way down there and having to get a new order of pho. Her exact words were you can come down and pay the full price. I explained to her that the customer's always right I'm sick that's all I can eat and I'm going to post a bad rating.. she argued with me stating that the customer is not always right and if I want to come down and pay full price she'll give me another one. So basically if you want to get pushed into food you don't want giving food that you don't want Miss food that you do want and get an attitude go here this place is not going to last. I asked her if the owner is aware of her contact and she said yes he's right here No sympathy for someone that dealing with cancer and is 80 lbs. My son got fried noodles which he didn't eat a shrimp beef and chicken dish that only had one piece of shrimp, two different kinds of clear egg rolls that according to him the shrimp smelt really fishy. Some type of salad lettuce is wilted. I end up being too sick to be left alone and for him to go back...

I absolutely love the food here. Their vermicelli with bbq beef is to die for!! The Vietnamese egg rolls Are the best!! And the Boba Thai tea is the best I’ve ever had. You just can’t go wrong. Their food is sooo good! It is A very small restaurant but what a gem. The only critique I have is that sometimes it takes a while to get your food when ordering to-go. But no big, just call 30 mins ahead and you’re good. Also Before, they would take a while to come to the front and help you because they were in the back cooking but they now have a bell and hired a new girl and have improved immensely. You have to...

Straight up FALSE ADVERTISING. Ordered food over the phone, when I got there the price was nearly DOUBLE what it should have been.. like 6.50 for the egg rolls that say 3.50 on the website. I asked why and they said they need to update their website, but it's been the new prices for "a very long time".... That's FALSE advertising, unethical, and I think illegal. To top it off, I got home to find the "extra large pho special" had 3 slices of steak, zero flank, zero tendon, zero tripe despite the menu saying it would have all of those. Again with the lying.
