I needed a surface pro battery replacement. I droped it off with them with a 100 deposit They called me a week later before they started and said if they break the screen while replacing the battery it would be an extra 100 so 300 in total. I said ok but don't break the screen please. A week later they say they have battery installed but the screen that they didn't break the touch screen part wasn't working now ...but thats the whole point of a surface pro. I said go ahead and switch the screen . And the sudden one day later they have the screen on and it's ready.. oddly fast. I go to pick it up . They guy I gave the 100 to when I dropped it off says he don't remember taking the 100.. and he didn't make any notes of it.. thats odd. Anyways the total was 296 they were all well we will just take the 200.. not giving me my change . Whatever after two weeks I was glad to get my computer back.. I get home peel the plastic off the new screen and the touch screen part still doesn't work.. I dont know what's going on over there but I feel a like I got scammed. Should have just went...
   Read moreI shattered my iPhone 6 screen a week ago. I checked many repair shops without finding a place that could fix the screen without a special order and long wait times. I understand the phone is old but it works and I just needed a new screen. A Verizon rep suggested UbreakIfix. I called, Stephen checked inventory and, yes, they had a screen. I drove over and within an hour my phone screen was replaced and a protective screen was put on. Josh suggested a new phone case since my other one had obviously not protected the phone screen when I dropped it. Both Stephen and Josh were amazingly helpful, both wearing masks (for covid) but able to convey smiles and gracious support for me. The price was more than reasonable especially since I expected it to be higher because of the immediacy of the repair. Great customer service! I highly recommend...

Verizon's protection plan basically has you contact a third party repair facility and they pay for repair.. well like I said the process to get the replacement started was a complete disaster at Verizon.. HOW EVER. When we came to Ubreakifix we were greeted by Colton he was extremely friendly and helped us with our issue promptly.. the customer experience we received from Colton was enough to turn our bad day into a good day so I can't thank him enough.. I'll definitely keep your guys's info in my book for recommendations on where to go for cell phone repair in the future...
