I myself am a medical card holder. The place was desolate. It was just my two friends and me. No other customers! What a win! I had to fill out paperwork. That took 3 staff members apparently for whatever reason to accomplish. ( I think the dude was new) Had to give my med. card back to him twice up front. Then again when I was checking out...C'mon. I ask the young lady for two of the exact same cartridges that I wrote down and she read. She repeated back to me "two?" I said yes. Then we had an entire conversation about tinctures. She herself named and recommended one over the other!!! I look in the bag & realized I only recieved one cartridge ....ok no problem. I wasnt charged. I go to try my tincture before bed. It is the wrong one! Not sure how one messes that up when there are only TWO tinctures available. This is the first dispensary I've been to where only one staff member checks out a customer. Every other dispensary I've been to they have another staff member double check the order and the the charged amounts. The first staff member also repeats your order back to and shows you the product before the other staff even verifies. Obviously there's a reason for this. My only fault is that I should have checked to make sure the tincture was correct considering the cartridge amount was wrong. However, I assumed an adult person would have enough common sense to complete this task considering they were only TWO tinctures available. C'mon! I dont know how this place functions. I cant imagine what a mess it would be if they were busy. Now I'm stuck with this disgusting tasting tincture I never would have ordered and have to go out and pick up another cartridge. Ā Ā Ā Read moreExtremely bad custumoer service. I went on 5/24 as a first time med user, and had a horrible experience once walking in. Upon walking in to use the ATM, no one greeted me and everyone stared at me. Then, as I was looking at the products that they display out, the cashiers kept asking "if I was ready." I've only been in the store for less than 3 minutes at that point.
Next, I went into the med user line, and immediately, one of the cashiers in the recreational line kept saying "I'm ready let's go," and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if she was talking to me. Mind you, I've been a recreational user for years, and have always seen med users stay in a specific line. So as my first time, it felt extremely unfomcortable as if I was supposed to know all of this information.
After that, my conversation with that cashier was demeaning and cold. I have only experienced dispensaries where the employees are EXCITED to not only sell product, yet teach their users about them. I wanted to focus on money rather than the strain or mgs, and the cashier I had kept adding random items in my cart without asking me, or specifying the price unless I had to ask her various times.
Upon leaving, I was not aware of any discounts I got as a med user, and the manager scoffed when I asked if there was anything I should have gotten. They said "uhh yeah....you got $11 off...what else did you want?" I said "I wish I was aware of my $11 off, no one told me. That's all I was confirming."
Very weird experience. Please hire people who have people skills! This put a bad taste in my mouth.
P.S., they sell hand pipes for $16 when you can get those at gas stations for $3-$25 depending...
