Within the past year I have made a number of purchases through Bloom Audio and I, with a sincere smile, must say that they are a CLASS ACT! I feel Bloom Audio is without a doubt the best service company I have ever dealt with in my 60 years of life. They are truly amazing and deserve an Audio Service Excellence Award! 5 Stars without a doubt!⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ I have purchased a number of high-end products through Bloom Audio recently and have communicated on a regular basis to coordinate those purchases and I am so satisfied with everyone I have encountered. The greatest kindness and utmost respect from each and every one of you, including ANDREW, MARTY and CALEB, not discluding others! It doesn't end there! As I have received my purchases in the most expedient shipping speed possible, I open them to find personally signed written comments from the shipping consultant, typically the kind soul "COMPY"! I was just getting into the HiFi audio realm and had lots of questions. I reached out to Bloom support for advice and they (specifically Andrew) were very helpful and guided me towards what I was looking for. I reached out at about 1:30am PST expecting to get a response in a couple of days. Instead I got a response at 5am the same day that led to a fantastic email chain with personal insight and suggestions. They also have an emphasis on fast shipping. By far the best customer service experience I've ever had, they gained a longtime customer.
Edit: Nine months later I find myself in need of more audio gear, and like my first time around, I received a phenomenal customer experience complete with exceptionally fast, friendly, and knowledgeable support.
