Well, haven't been there in awhile and see things haven't changed at all and I didn't leave a good review last time either. This used to be my a solute FAVORITE Thrift Store that I didn't mind traveling the distant to go to. But now if it was across the street from me I wouldn't care if I ever went there.
Let's start with the prices. So Goodwill can get away with saying they price their free stuff higher because they donated! Certain amount to their programs but I don't even buy it from them that, that is why they do that, but RW&B helps NO ONE but their own pockets so they need to simmer down with their prices because they are a THRIFT STORE for God's sake!!!!
Secondly, the fact that they let these ignorant, aggressive resellers stand at the back door like that waiting for the new carts come out is ridiculous!!!! I also saw with my own eyes an employee come out a few times and give some new items to one of those resellers!!!! Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know there is plenty of junk out there for everyone BUT, why do these people get to stand there and grab all the new stuff before anybody else gets a chance to get the new things from the back?!?!?! I was told by a cashier the last time I was there that the manager had kicked those guys out back then and here they are still there! So I wonder how much those resellers are paying the employees to make sure they get first dibs on the new stuff?
Red, White, and Blue, you need to do better and go back to the great store...
Read moreNo parking...Isles are very narrow because there is too much stuff in this store they need a bigger space. Customers are extremely rude in this store like it's christmas in the lay away from 1975. Don't be in a hurry or tired or hungry you will be miserable. Go in a good mood because your going to need it. Most staff doesn't speak English. 99% are Spanish. You gotta dig for good prices but they can be found. Personally I think some of this stuff is stolen and being resold. The name brand new items can't possibly be these prices if they aren't jacked. Jmo but ill go back because some deals are just too good to pass up even with all these cons. It's very noisy and crowded so if you like Personal space dont go here. If you like to be in crowds go here. If I had to give advice then it's this...if you see something but your not sure PUT IT IN YOUR CART IMMEDIATELY AND DONT TURN YOUR BACK ON YOUR CART. Then decide if you want it or not because if it's on the shelf these ignorant people will reach right in front of you and take it while your still looking. They will steal it from your cart too these people are heathens that shop here so you go in too like a heathen...
Read moreThis is a horrible shopping experience, which is a shame because the store has a huge selection and a lot of the merchandise is clean and in good shape. But it is so unorganized and poorly managed. We waited in line for close to an hour, and we understand that things are different on account of COVID but this didn’t appear to be related to the pandemic because lines weren’t social distanced and there wasn’t a skeleton crew. Even so, that would have been fine. But unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. There is so much crowding in the store that you can barely even walk through an aisle and god forbid ANYONE move when you say “excuse me.” The entire store is just filled with people standing in the way and staff does nothing to help minimize the major congestion in the store. Our cashier was talking to another cashier, complaining about costumers, which is just unprofessional. I worked in retail so TRUST ME, I get the frustration but it’s inappropriate. Kids are obnoxiously banging items in the store and staff just allows it. It’s a horrible place to shop and I would recommend going anywhere else. Don’t...
