UPDATE: I had an issue with how management reacted poorly towards an engine oil leak - here is my story - I had my oil service done at this location during the first week of February everything was great...
I went back to jiffy lube on 2/22 because my oil light turned on saying oil life was low % and the employee at the driveway said "oh don't worry they probably just forgot to reset the light, don't worry about it for 3,000 miles" and let me go on my way without inspecting my car. everything was fine for about a month, I didn't think to worry because I trusted them...
On 3/19, I was on my way to work and my car stopped accelerating on the highway and was shaking. I quickly pulled over into a lot and turned off my car to avoid any problems. My partner and I went to Jiffy Lube to explain what happened. As the employee went to knock on the manager's office, all we heard was a huge SIGH which already made it seem like he did not want to talk to us. His body language was giving that he did not care/ want to help and we were bothering him. We were very respectful explaining the situation, and he told us "My employees would never wave anyone away". He didn't believe us and basically said it is not on them, we can not get a refund, and that we can bring the car in to see what the issue is and how to move forward. We were really disappointed by his lack of empathy for the situation as my car could have broken down due to employee negligence.
I had my neighbor who is a mechanic check out the car on his own, and found out that the car had no oil and it had a leak coming from the engine. He said that Jiffy Lube probably didn't spot the leak while changing the oil as it was a quick in and out service. I completely understand that perspective and I am not blaming the oil leak on them. I am upset because I was turned away on 2/22, and this could have been prevented if the car had been looked at it and if I had known I had an oil leak sooner.

I had the pleasure of visiting Jiffy Lube in West Berlin today, and I must say, it was nothing short of an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Brett, who not only greeted me with a smile but also guided me to the perfect parking spot. He carefully asked what brought me to the location today and I told him. His friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease and set the tone for the rest of my visit. He delineated the next steps in the process and I knew I was in for a memorable experience of getting my oil changed.
Once parked, and was seated inside I was invited to help myself with water inside the refrigerator then, Donald came over to assist me further. He took the time to walk me through the entire process of getting my oil changed, explaining each step along the way. It was refreshing to see someone so knowledgeable and genuinely dedicated to ensuring I understood what was happening with my vehicle.
Donald didnāt just list off the options; he took the time to explain why each service was necessary and how it would benefit my car in the long run. His attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions made me feel valued as a customer.
The overall atmosphere at Jiffy Lube was welcoming and professional, making it clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I appreciate the care and thoroughness that Brett and Donald demonstrated during my visit.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to this Jiffy Lube after having gone to. Mavis Tire location, as I'd done business there a number of times. In their defense, I showed up there an hour before closing, so I wasn't anticipating they would give me an oil change that late. However, when I asked when I COULD have one done, I was told Thursday (today is Mon), because they were extremely busy. When the person waiting on me saw my reaction when she said that, she then said to call in the morning and, if someone canceled, they might be able to change my oil around 10AM-11AM! I would be halfway through my workday by then. Additionally, when I asked how long she thought an oil change might take, she said about 45 mins.
So I Googled Jiffy Lube and found I could get there an hour before they closed. Again, I expected they would tell me they wouldn't be able to do it so late.
Well, when I arrived, not only did they immediately wave me towards the service bay, they told me it would be no problem to change my oil. Additionallt, everyone there was extremely polite and professional. The gentleman in charge actually showed me my outside and inside air filter (I didn't even know I had 2); that they were both clean. Furthermore, the place was immaculate, and I was even able get a free cup of coffee while I waited. And my servicing included them cleaning my windows. When they were done, one of the guys even opened my car door for me!
I will definitely come back to this Jiffy Lube for future oil changes and maybe more, and I would higly recommend anyone go there. Team 3938...
