My wife and I were here for the annual Waco Quilting Guild "One Stop Quilt Shop Hop". Rather than traveling across distances to visit multiple quilt and fabric shops, they have brought 40 shops from across Texas, Arkansas, and one from Indiana into one place. Very well organized and run. Admission was $6. The good and bad part is that the shops bring great stuff, so it is easy to find what you might be looking for, with each shop showing slightly different themes. A wide, spacious facility with lots of rooms.
Restrooms and water fountains are clean and kept.
Because I exercise around the center, I’ve found it convenient to use the water fountains and restrooms if needed.
There is more-than-adequate parking, and I’m sure that there is great convenience with the Hilton conjoined to the convention center.

Read moreI came here for the Just Between Friends consignment sale and we had a great time and I was able to completely outfit my son for fall and winter for about 30$ (it was half price day) I never new about that sale so now I have it marked on my calendar for the spring/summer sale.
I have also never been to the convention center here, in fact I did not know that Waco even had one! The facility is beautiful, modern, lots of parking, along the river and a LOT of restrooms very well placed. I hope to attend more...
