Vape City — Local services in Waco

This spot is extremely hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is really incredible and helpful, but I also had a day when we went in a the person working there was a weirdo/extremely rude. However, I only saw that person once so who knows if he still even works there. On my last trip the item I got had a GIANT hole in it, which if you have ever smoked you know that’s not where the holes are supposed to be/someone ripped it before I even got to it. I’m guessing this isn’t their fault since it comes in sealed, but it is still extremely upsetting. Most times the vibes are chill and the people are sweet, but you should always do your research before coming to a smoke shop to make sure you are in fact getting the best bang for your buck & getting what you are paying for !!!! Been coming to the shop since it opened. Have found amazing products that work for me. But the longer they have been open the longer I have to wait for a product that I like. I’ve waited up to 2 months just for a product to be restocked after being told that whole month that it would be delivered every Tuesday. Really hate to leave a bad comment but this is year 2 it being a one hit wonder of products. You can get a product for a month then when they need to restock it then you’re better off going to a different shop to get it. Management keeps telling me it’s a higher up but as a former manager this is wrong. Know your needs...

Easily the best vape shop in town. The store’s always clean, the selection’s huge, and prices are fair. The people here actually care about helping you out instead of just pushing products.
