We all got an assortment of items and hands down the sushi was the best. I'd definitely eat sushi here again any time.

The place isn't super clean and isn't particularly high in great ambiance or environment, so that adds to my deduction of stars for this place. I think with just a little work, the place could be a lot more hospitable and inviting by changing the decor up a bit and removing stacks of sodas/storage items out in the dining room...and by taking chairs off the tops of the tables. I felt as though as an in store diner, I was a second thought.

Poke bowl was very tasty....full of a lot of ingredients which was nice. Next time I'd ask for no iceberg lettuce....

Sushi rolls were super tasty and plump.

Fried tofu was barely fried with no crunch at all...it was so tasty with the sauce ..although I really wish they had cooked just a tad longer...it would have been perfect.

The think I really didn't enjoy though was all the styrofoam....I have never ever been to a dine in restaurant and been given a styrofoam cup with my pot of hot tea...and I've never been served sushi on a styrofoam tray! The teriyaki chicken was delicious, but again on styrofoam...just not appealing at all.

In summary...tasty food, large menu.. boba drinks were fabulous, but price doesn't match being served on styrofoam....It felt like an overpriced fast food place instead of the counter service fast/casual dining I...

It was after one in the afternoon and surprisingly not that full. We decided to eat in since it was pretty empty and looked exceptionally clean for a hole-in-the-wall sort of place. And I had a craving for tempura, which is so much better fresh. Their pork gyoza (tempura section, fried potstickers) was very yum. The fried calamari was decent. The eggroll was all it should be. The Shrimp Tempura Udon is excellent for a seafood lover, which sadly, I'm not, but I wanted the fried shrimp (which came in the form of a long stick?) I'd say it was worth trying, the noodles were great, and it had a mild seafood flavored broth (and what I suspect was crab). My husband had the Korean Ramen with the cheese and egg. It tasted like breakfast to me, and boy, it was spicy! It had a much more flavorful broth with decent heat behind it. But we've had better ramen elsewhere. The spider roll (sushi) I wasn't that impressed by, though the sauce helped. It was suitable and generously sized, so you do get a good portion for the cost. The bubble tea was good though my husband picked the best flavor, I think. The frozen coffee smoothie, though next time, he'll likely go without the boba. We'll probably aim for another visit since there are still a few items I'd like to try. The staff was quick and polite. They brought each dish shortly after being prepared, which was very much appreciated. So definitely...

The food/sushi here is amazing, but I had the most unpleasant experience with the staff. I noticed when we walked in, the customer is front of us was having a frustrating time with the girl taking orders. I thought it was the customer being the problem, but it wasn’t. When I went up to order the girl just looked down at her screen, didn’t welcome me or even tell me she was ready to take my order. I had to ask if she was ready and she looked at me like I was dumb and said “yeah” …. Whatever. So I sit down with my friend and the same girl is now taking out food to customers. She literally tossed our plates at the table and just walked away, didn’t say a word. Was just plain rude to us, and other patrons as well, we noticed. I’ve worked customer service before. Working two days before Christmas sucks. Working anywhere near any major holiday sucks. But I never, absolutely never, treated customers with an attitude like this girl had. Your personal problems aren’t because of random people dining at your work. Please get a better front person because having that girl as the first/only staff I interacted with left...

Stayed at one of the hotels nearby and wanted a quick bite. There were 3 people behind the counter but took a while for the staff to take my order. I couldn’t tell who was the cashier, owner or kitchen staff. Everyone was occupied with different things except for helping customers that were coming in. I ordered the tempura soft shell crab. It was good but wouldn’t order it again. I also got the chicken teriyaki lunch special. The chicken as you can see from the picture is very thin. Very saucy.. can’t say I was impressed. You get one piece of sushi. However the salad and fried rice was plentiful. Overall, I enjoyed my meal regardless of the lack in customer service or the small amount of chicken. It seemed to be owned or run by Korean people. I think I’ll order the Korean options next time because I was not impressed with the Japanese items I ordered.
