The Waco Riverwalk located along the edges of the Brazos River is a trail system on both sides of the river. There are natural springs, a historic bridge, and river access. My only complaint is that sections of the trail need to be power washed and cleaned. Also, it would be nice to see some ambient lighting or public art. Can't have it all I suppose, it's better than nothing.

My family and I really enjoyed this Riverwalk. Wide, paved walkways are easily accessible for the handicapped. The views are lovely. There is even a nice playground for children near the parking area, with very clean restrooms. Definitely a must-see if you're visiting Waco.

Beautiful spot to walk, bike, or run. Lots of ducks! Along the riverwalk there are plenty of benches, signage, and memorial installations to stop and read. Highly recommend. Beautiful asset to Waco. Lots of wildlife to sit and watch (birds, ducks, turtles, squirrels, etc)
