We just had a birthday party for my granddaughter at the bowling alley and arcade. The older gentleman there was so nice and patient with the kids. He was helpful, accommodating, and explained things. A couple of the girls working at the arcade were rude, used unprofessional tone, rolled their eyes, and did a lot of sitting on their phones. My son was playing in the arcade and one of the machines took his card. We were told that we'll have to just buy another one. So, money was stolen and they didn't try to fix the issue. Four of us adults tried talking to the girl separately with no success. She also accused my son of lying because I gave him another card to use and she said he had the card all along. My little guy was sad about that on the ride home which makes a mama even more upset. My oldest son who is the kind of person who has conversation for everyone waved at the girls on his way out literally feet in from of them even though they were rude. They completely ignored him. Seeing this, I then walked by purposely slowly looking right at the girl sitting by the door to give her every chance to say something or even apologize, yet nothing. No acknowledgement, no thank you. No please come again. Not even a bye. If it wasn't for that gentleman it would have been a completely horrible customer experience. The gentleman said, "I hope you book again with us." I was grateful to him for sweeping because previously the rude girl yelled at us about cleaning up. We told her of course we would clean up afterward. The girls couldn't be bothered with getting us a broom. So, when the gentleman came to check on us, he had a broom and started helping without even being asked or trying to make the customer clean. When he says I hope you book with is again I thought ain't no way and I'm definitely letting people know how we were treated. The only reason I give it any stars is because I think it's a good venue to have around here and the redeeming qualities that this gentleman offered made...
Read moreReally disappointed with the arcade. I had reserved the party room for my daughter’s birthday. I came in twice after to pay but was told the first time that the associate couldn’t help me because a manager needed to do it. They told me the time to come back when I did they told me I needed to pay at the time of the party. I had told them I wanted the party package that included pizza, drinks and 10 arcade cards. When I came back the second time they told me that they had accidentally booked us on a day they would be closed but that because they had already promised us they would have team there. I asked specifically if they were sure and they said yes. The party was scheduled for 1 and they said someone would be there to let us in at 1230 that day to decorate and start our pizzas. On the day of the party, no staff showed up. I had a group of kids and adults standing out in the heat waiting. I made several attempts to call leaving texts and voice messages. No one called me back. This was very disheartening and I’m very frustrated. I had to pivot and take all the kids an hour away to the wildhorse resort that had an arcade and graciously allowed us to set up. I’m soooooo upset with this experience. It was unprofessional and...
Read moreI love Prime Rib Fridays but the restaurant has hit the skids. Dirt/dust on every flat surface, broken billiard cues, misc. furniture stored on the restaurant floor, no televised sports programming in the bar; only infomercials. It's like this, my guest, security, and I went on a hard target search for chalk to chalk our cues and came up empty-handed. The bar staff is complacent and unfriendly and the service is, well, comparable to their attutudes. This was my first visit in about five months. I used to recommend the food to my out of town guests. Don't get me wrong, the food is still great. I'm just disappointed with the filth. I wonder what the kitchen looks like? Can you say, "...
