I grew up in the Washington park neighborhood area (still proudly reside same area🙂) Have to say, although the city has made lots of nice improvements over the years (splash pad, nice spacious soccer fields, pathways, ect) the homeless who lay around all day with their yelling and such make the park not so desirable. Their presence and numbers seem to grow each year. I know according to law enforcement the homeless are allowed to be there, but I cant help but wonder what would happen if a bunch of homeless were congregating at Pioneer park in a daily basis.
