Good store good products just need to teach the staff how to handle the dab products since they have a tendency to leave the products laying on their sides making the product run into the lid wasting product. Second post to add since it's been a few months, staff has been getting worse about leaving the dab products laying around. Almost every single one of the products I've purchased since the last post have gotten worse. I’ve had to request a new product since half of the product has leaked out of the lid or is stuck to the lid of the product packaging which wastes product. Most stores require these products to be handled with care and to be placed upright so that the consumer isn't purchasing a product that has ran into the lid. 3rd post....there is NO RETURN POLICY ON DAB. You can check in store but products are sealed. So there is absolutely no way to be sure your product hasent been wasted to the lid or packaging. Believe me I've tried every possible way to see if the product is all there and you just can't tell without opening up the product and seeing it out of the packaging. They have let new hires and those who arent too familiar with dab products know how to handle the products properly so this could be a transport or shipping problem. Anyhow, FOUR out of five of these particular dab products WILL be lost to the lid or leak out into the packaging. Specifically GEM AND JUICE products by OLEM, DABSTRACT, and BODIHIGH. These are great products don't get me wrong! But since packages are sealed and there is NO RETURN POLICY, you are at the mercy of the brands and the dispensary. I'm sure it is a state policy that needs to be changed that is screwing over the patrons since covid. I get it! I understand! But there needs to be a way to ALSO ensure that the dispensary and it's PATRONS are receiving products that are completely intact. Maybe those certain products could be packaged similarly to dank czars products or even stored in a cold case with the lid and jar sealed like other cold case products. Maybe even larger containers. Idk just really tired of spillage and I shop...
Read moreI just got swindled and I'm never going back. Most of my experiences have been positive but this just completely ruined their reputation with me.
Last Thursday I went in to get a new vape battery. I mention I use Airo cartridges that don't work with a lot of batteries. The guy won't let me test the unused cartridge I have on me, but I was expecting that, it makes sense. I ask if I can return it opened, he says yes as long as it has all its parts and I return it within 14 days. So I buy the $30 battery.
He doesn't give me a receipt. I KNOW he didn't because he said if the battery didn't work with my cartridge to come back and see him to return it.
Fast forward 8 days to today.
I come back, battery and bits neatly repackaged. I wait my turn. I talk to the guy that helped me, say I'm here for the return we talked about, I remind him of our interaction which he eventually remembers. But he can't do the return
Turns out they've changed their POS system so they can't pull up the receipt info. He talks to his boss who talks to her boss, who calls the store manager. No receipt, no return. No exchange, no store credit, no accomodation whatsoever.
So now I'm out $30, I have a useless 510 battery that I DIDN'T need because I already have a spare 510 vape battery, and I am Never. Going. Back.
If I had been given a receipt I'd lost, if I was outside the 14 return period, if it was any other reason besides their choice to update their POS in a way that lost ALL previous purchase records, if I hadnt been promised that they'd take care of it as long as I was back within the return window... I wouldn't be mad. But I followed their directions and THEY forgot to give me proof of purchase.
Oh, and the floor manager I spoke with literally tried to change the narrative for his convenience mid-conversation, suddenly saying it was a one-week return policy instead of a two-week. At least I got to watch him stumble over his words when I called him on it.
Always get a receipt. They won't lift a finger to help you...
Read moreWent in to try to browse for some products. There is clearly marked blue tape a few feet in front of the glass displays because of covid, and then a line you can get in to see a bud tender and make a purchase. I didn't know what I wanted yet and the storeroom floor is very large, and I wanted to glance at their fridge display on the corner before getting in line. I was then told that I could not stand and glance at products from a distance, and that I must get in line from some lady behind the main counter. I'm not about to spend 10 minutes ordering/running a bud tender around because I didn't get to do my homework beforehand and wouldn't be able to tell them what I want yet because I don't know what they have in stock. Funny thing is there's information beside you while in line stating "customers who are in line will be served first." As far as I know you should be able to walk around the store as long as you abide by the said distancing policy and stay behind the tape near the displays. Needless to say I decided very quickly they were not about to get my business. Anywhere else you can browse on your own before deciding on a purchase, just look at what you want from a distance and your good to go. This place usually does pretty well, but lately it has been getting worse. They usually have good oil but it's expensive.. Try dr jollys at Kindleaf in Pendleton.. They are around 20 a g and sometimes have 15 percent plus terpenes......
