Shady. Ordered a 12 oz cup of coffee. Commented on how light it looked. Offered a refund after tasting it. Owner was very apologetic and removed the coffee from the line claiming a known malfunction with the coffee machine. Great customer service, right? Not so fast.

I returned to the store 5 minutes later to purchase a donut. Unfortunately, the owner had returned the same batch of coffee to the line to sell to the next unsuspecting customer. I chose to take my business elsewhere. Small matter but telling. BBW! College Place has a donut shop on College Ave between B & C. 1.5 miles away. Very satisfying coffee, full service lunch menu....

Best donuts I've ever had .. 2nd time going to popular donuts the first time I went with my mom and I had a apple fritter like no other and absolutely fell in love my mom went to get some apple fritters a few weeks later and they were all out .. now it's MY 2nd time going hoping to get me some bomb arse apple fritters and they were all out again .. so I'm hoping next time I come to popular donuts the apple fritter Grinch will leave a few behind so that other people can enjoy them as well .. definitely 5 star and will keep trying to get my hands on some delicious apple fritters . I love all of the donuts but I'm only going for one...

Popular this place is. Went here last weekend at 830 am and most of the donuts were sold already. Choose a turnover, maple bar and fritter for myself and a friend. The frying oil was too low and the apple fritter was filled with oil like a sponge. The bag was greasy before we even walked out the door. Such a shame- flavor was great but eating tbsps of oil would just make one sick. Turnover was standards canned pie filling and could have been cooked more for browning. Maple bar also very greasy but edible as it absorbed much less oil. Disappointed- felt like they rushed the donuts to get some more out...
