Wow. Wow. Wow. Responsive. Professional. Customer first.

I came in because my 2006 BMW 325XI was overheating and likely needed a new water pump. They were the only shop that could take get me in within my extremely two day turn around (I am moving my girlfriend to Seattle and driving back to Boston).

The person who received most of my initial calls was extremely nice and very receptive to my situation. I felt like the shop was really prioritizing me in the schedule given that I just couldn't wait. She didn't use any gendered terms on the phone, which I really appreciate, as I often get called sir by many mechanics over the phone.

As soon as my car was towed in, it was immediately up on the lift. They had a diagnosis that it was the water pump, as well as a few other minor things needing done. They had all the work done by midday Friday, and I came in Thursday at noon.

Unfortunately, after I got the car it still wasn't driving smoothly. I was pretty quick to jump on their work, however, they were with me the whole time and cleaned up one of the sensors they installed which helped. They even got me in Saturday morning and did a thorough look over, before having me go to a tire shop to get an alignment and balance, which helped a ton (they said - and I agree - the slight shaking is due to the worn clutch).

I really appreciate the patience and care they took with me throughout this experience. I definitely am looking to make them my more permanent shop for as long as I'm in the Boston area! They were extremely nice and even showed me the car when my anxiety was higher.

A++ service and devotion to the trade.

One thing I would like to see is dedication to gender neutral language for the other employees taking phone calls. I think this is a next great step in your business's customer satisfaction. But you're already doing so many...

Exceptional work, total professionalism, world-class facility, and a great group of people... all at the best prices you will find anywhere around Boston. I trust my BMW 2011 328Xi coupe to Frank and team and they never fail to impress.

I was anxious about finding the right place where I could trust the advice, quality of work, and prices, but that also offered great communication and a loaner when needed.

On my first visit for a oil filter housing gasket, Frank game me the lowest quote I had received after calling other reputable shops. On the day of drop-off he also drove me to my work and later that afternoon the car was ready with no extra charges and he even fixed the plastic door sill panel whose brackets had broken.

My next visit was for my control arms and bushings at 44k miles... he got a better deal on the parts than he quoted and saved me $200! For that repair I got a Saab 9-3 as a loaner which I took home for a night. Frank threw me a can of Liquimoly fuel injector cleaner on my way out.

Drop your car off and you will appreciate one of the nicest shop you have ever seen. The place is spotless and filled with cutting-edge tech and some of the nicest cars you've ever seen. But as soon as you walk in, you will be greeted by Frank or one of his crew. These are the kind of folks you are happy you found, and happy to patronize.
