Riddles and Locks Escape Games — Attraction in Warren

Very disappointed. Tried making an appointment and was told there were no bookings that evening and the following night. Called a couple hours later a lady said they are fully booked and said she'd get me in the next evening. Arrived and was told if we needed hints just ask. Got stuck and requested a hint and no one came down. Asked again and someone finally came and gave wrong clues. Must have been for the other room. Ran out of time and the lady came down and said there was another room didn't go through yet. Should have gave that info before. Filled out the online survey and was told by the owner that that person was new and said I would be issued a partial refund. Plus come back and try the other room. It never happened. Weeks later no refund given. Very very...

My girlfriend and I do alot of escape rooms, at all kinds of different places. We've escaped some, and others we haven't but this place is one of the best. For being new, their room has tremendous features and technology. So much detail and I don't even know where to start on the wonderful customer service.

The room is definitely tricky but if you have a good group it definitely helps. We've been as far as Cleveland and had no idea we had this hidden gem so close to home. It definitely makes you think and its definitely worth the money....

If you haven’t been to Riddles and Locks yet, you are missing out on a challenging, exciting, and creative experience. My friends and I had so much fun trying to solve riddles and puzzles, working together to figure things out. It is clear that a lot of time and effort went into making this the successful escape room that it is. The owner is awesome and incredibly helpful. I can’t wait to return and try the second room.
