Target — Attraction in Warren

I’m a target girl ! I love target but my trip here tonight was very unpleasant! The staff are very RUDE and customer service is horrible ! I was gathering my items walking towards check out as the store had made the announcement that they were closing soon. While walking I’m assuming he’s a manager he’s African American with dreads ! he’s walking towards me in a deep voice telling me check out is to the left I need to exit words was exchange because of the tone this young man had with me. I finally made it to check out while checking out it’s someone who doesn’t properly speak English explaining he has cash and didn’t know about self check out and older African American lady with brown hair proceeded to say I told him we close where he going now in a very loud tone as he tried explaining he have cash her response was “you need to go to the bank” . Understand the store closes at 10 but you cannot be rude to customers because you chose to work the closing shift ! You cannot put a customer out because the store is closing if customer service isn’t for you choose another career well target isn’t a career anyways but treat people accordingly because you never know who your talking to. It’s so unfortunate because I felted this target was a better one from other stores maybe I’ll try the day shift workers because closing shift is very disrespectful.!!!! This is a billion...

This location has many pros and cons! I shop here weekly/multiple times a week because it’s closest to my home. I get everything from household necessities to clothes here. The pros are that the store is kept really nice and they recently added an Ulta section! They have seasonal items out in good timing and they have the nicer carts that can hold your Starbucks drink and your phone! I also like that they have the self checkout whereas the Madison Heights location nearby does not. As for cons, I use drive up a lot whenever I have my dog in the car and although it is for my convenience, there are a lot of mixups and missing items. It’s not very often an entire order is correct. I understand mistakes, but then it is almost impossible to reach the customer service desk via phone, or any of the departments for that matter. The phone is always ringing for 5+ minutes then automatically hanging up. You can do a refund through the app pretty easily, but often I still want the items if they are just sitting back there already picked. I highly suggest looking through all of your bags each time you do an order pickup before you drive home. If they could resolve these ongoing issues, I would rate them...

I always shop at Target in 13 mile but every time my bad luck force me to go to this Target in Warren I face the same rude, unprofessional and RACIST behavior. I don't know if it is because I am middle eastern or because I am not black but staff there are always rude and not helpful and trying to make your life miserable if you have to deal with them, one time even an older lady said "STUPID" after I asked her for something and turned my back and when I asked her what have you just said she told me I said nothing and I chose to ignore it because I am peaceful person in general and trying to avoid unnecessary confrontations I. And another time another lady spent like 25 minutes reading the specs of a vacuum cleaner I was trying to match price with another store and then she didn't find any differences she called her manger who told me sorry we can't do it, it dosen't "seem" to be the same one. If it was one or two time incidents I wouldn't have cared but this is a repeated pattern I am always facing in this specific store.
