Just went through the drive thru and had a small purchase 6 cheese burgers cheese onions only and I clearly said it three times he said”THATS ALL WE PUT ON THEM “! So I drive around too the most unhappy customer service worker he didn’t say hello or anything grabbed my card out of my hand and shut the Window and I am tapping the window to ask for my card because now 15 minutes have gone by and I know it doesn’t take that long to run my bank card so I’m steadily tapping the window and ignore ignore he just Stands there finally he opens the window and gives me a bag well one reason I was tapping on the window was too ask for my bank card and the other for salt n mayonnaise?! But he hands me the bag out the window not even looking my way talking n laughing with another co-WORKER NOW IM GETTING MAD SO I HAVE MY BAG N IM THINKING OK HE IS GOING TOO HAND ME MY CARD AND THEN IWILL GET MY CONDIMENTS THAT AT THE SPEAKER I HAD ASK FOR AS WELL FORGOT TOO SAY THAT BUT NO CARD, NO MAYO,NO SALT, NO EYE CONTACT! SO IM MAD NOW IM NO LONGER TAPPING IM KNOCKING HE OPEN THE WINDOW THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE HEARD HIS VOICE SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER AT THE SPEAKER. HE SAYS “ YUP WHAT U. NEED”? WOW I AM LIKE ABSOLUTELY PISSED OFFI SAID FIRST OFF “ I NEED MY DEBIT CARD AND RECEIPT ALSO I ASKED FOR MAYO AND SALT AND I HAPPENED WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HIM LOOK IN THE BAG MAYBE THERE IS SALT OR MAYO NOPE STILL YET I FIND ANOTHER PROBLEM KETCHUP PICKLE MUSTARD ON MY CHEESE BURGERS OOPS NO FREAKING CHEESE HE HANDS ME THE RECEIPT N MY DEBIT CARD CLEARLY ON MY RECEIPT EVERYTHING I ORDERED EXACTLY HOW I ASKED EVEN MAYO PACKETS N SALT CONDIMENTS BUT NO CHEESE N NOTHING RIGHT NOW I SAY SOMETHING! I WAS POLITE TOO HIM AND HE OBVIOUSLY DIDNT CARE ABOUT HIS JOB HIS CUSTOMERS THAT THESE FAST FOOD WORKERS NEED TOO UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT CUSTOMERS HOW WOULD THEY GET A CHECK N HAVE THE JOB N IF ITS NOT SOMETHING YOU LIKE FIND SOMETHING YOU MAY BE HAPPIER DOING BUT DONT PUNNISH THE CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU DONT CARE FOR YOUR JOB TOTALLY RUDE DISRESPECTFUL SO I WAS AND STILL AM THE ONLY ONE PERSON IN LINE THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL SO NOW I HAVE TO PAY MORE MONEY FOR THE CHEESE BURGERS THAT THEY DIDNT MAKE RIGHT OR PAY ATTENTION OR READ THE SCREEN OR RECEIPT N THEY DONT EVEN COMP ME FOR MESSING UP MY ORDER I THOUGHT THEY WOULD FIX IT N NOT CHARGE ME BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TOO SIT THERE AN ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES OMG DEQUINDRE AND 12 mile WHITE CASTLE MANAGEMENT I THINK YOU NEED TOO INTERVIEW YOUR FUTURE EMPLOYEES BECAUSE THIS WAS TERRIBLE I REALLY BELIEVE I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION NEVER AGAIN NO MATTER HOW PRETTY U MAKE SOMETHING ON THE OUTSIDE BECAUSE THEY UPGRADED THEIR LOOK BUT OUTSIDE PRETTY INSIDE UGLY!!!!!!!! Read moreI was given a coupon booklet from them a couple days ago and decided to use one of them today for buy one get one loaded fries. Ordered the cheesy 10-sack that was on promotion and then mentioned the coupon. Was told that coupon code wasn’t in the system. I told them the coupon was straight from the booklet they handed me a few days ago, the coupon expires 12/31, and that I had used the same one a few days prior and they made it work. I was told to pull around. When I got to the window I was given the price for just the 10-sack. I handed the crew member the coupon and he again said it wasn’t in the system and that he asked the manager about it and they also said there was nothing they could do about it.
I worked retail for many years and I know that every point-of-sale system allows for items to be added, voided, discounted, etc—you can pretty much manipulate whatever you want in there, and if you can’t, a manager can with their authorization code.
This was a really simple problem that could have been fixed very quickly. Unbelievable that White Castle’s system doesn’t have their current coupons in it, and even more unbelievable that the location wouldn’t honor it, as is standard practice, even after the manager had been notified about it. So I told the crew member “Sorry, I just can’t. See ya” and then drove off without my food to go get food from a place with more integrity. That coupon was the reason I had driven out there in the first place. I don’t appreciate being baited there with marketing material only to have a crew member and manager refuse to honor it.
One star from me; I’ll never eat White Castle again.

Read moreDesert of this location this past Thursday I live in Madison Wisconsin I'm in town because the Chicago Bears are taken on my home team to Detroit Lions so I came home with my wife to go to the game and take my 73-year-old brother along with visited this restaurant My went into the door it was around 10:00 p.m. at a 24-hour location restaurant moments later she walked out and was told by a gentleman as he locked the door drive-thru only, we bagged up and proceeded to go through the drive-thru there was a car in front of us that took at least 20 minutes I was frustrated and wanted to leave but we were hungry. I saw multiple heads in the car moving around so I figured they had a lot of work they finally drove off fast and went right past the drive-thru window By then I pulled up to the speaker and was told the systems down I said I just sat here for over 20 minutes and there's now five cars behind me and the woman told me oh well I pulled up to the drive to wonder and basically looked at her and decided no this is not how you do things I'll give a review today just by chance on our way to the game we stopped at the same restaurant I explained what happened after I placed my order at the drive-through just so happens the manager was working the drive-thru when I pulled up she got more information from me at the window she immediately started questioning staff members and we determined the person that potentially was the one who said oh well with no care about the customer was not on shift and she said she would definitely have a conversation with her and some training was going to take place that manager's name was Tabitha and she was outstanding I highly recommend this location in Madison heights / Warren Michigan and after Tabitha she'll get it right thank you again Tabitha...
