Del Taco — Restaurant in Warren

I went to Del Taco earlier today around 1:30 I ordered me queso loaded nachos. I have never had a problem with this del Taco that I've been going to for years. As soon as I pulled up to the window in the Drive-Thru there was three young girls all huddled up at the window giggling talking loud, laughing, cursing being rude calling each other b.itch .it was way to much! Then the one working register told me a price and changed it like 3 times. finally she tells me 7$ and some change .I give it to her .She shuts window and goes over to other girl telling her something the other girl comes to window and opens it and says the price is this and you are short .I was like 20 something cents short. I said ok no biggie.she takes it and shuts window. During all this I also tell her ( girl working register) that I wasn't charged last time for side of cheese and she said ok and shut window. I wasn't being rude at all .as soon as I pulled up it was nothing but chaos going on. Very unprofessional and rude! And then to top it all off I get home and start eating my nachos and they taste like straight up soap like somebody sprayed something or dip them in something. My husband and my son said they tasted HORRIBLE! These young girls should know better .they were huddled and talking like they were at football game or something. So very unprofessional and just rude..they need more rules and...

One of my least favorite things to do is leave a negative review but unfortunately sometimes it’s warranted. One of my children was terribly sick over the weekend so we used doordash to get a late night dinner for my husband and myself after our children were asleep. Some of our food wasn’t included in the bag, no napkins or sauce packets were provided and it appeared to me that the person who made my bean burritos with red sauce passive aggressively filled them with an entire chopped onion each and skipped the beans and sauce altogether, except for the handful that made it into the wrapper yet not rolled into the burritos somehow. Trust me the way it was made would’ve been impossible to be an innocent accident. I wish I had taken pictures but unfortunately I didn’t because it was late, I was tired and after realizing none of my food was actually edible (to my standards) I took the takeout bag directly to the trash can outside because of the excessive onions. I seriously do not understand what would have motivated the del taco employee to mess with our food in such a way but I do know that we will probably not order...

Never going to this location again. I received the wrong order, which I unfortunately did not realize until I got to my destination and was able to sit down and check the bag. I returned to the location to get my order corrected when I was confronted with a cashier who seemingly already had an attitude. She proceeded to tell me that I ate the items that I was missing when you could clearly see that all of the items (as well as the item count) in the bag were simply wrong. She then snatched the receipt out of my hand when i showed her and brought back what I thought was a quesadilla (it was not) and told me “don’t come back.” I genuinely just wanted my order corrected, but the worker(s) completely blew the situation out of proportion. I don’t usually leave reviews at all if I have a bad experience, but this one was insane…I wish that i’d gotten the worker’s name because she was honestly horrible.
