It's mandatory times on Sunday from 5Pm to close. My wife and I bowled for a half hour. It was 20 dollars and we managed to finish 1 game because our lane was having issues. It froze up 2x wasting at least 10 minutes of our half hour. I had to go physically talk to the guy at the counter both times so he was well aware. Well, he never bothered to give us our time back from their outdated and beat up pin setter. We basically paid 10 dollars each for 1 game. It was also unreasonably slow to return our balls. Lanes were in a pretty lousy state and were bone dry. I honestly feel compelled to just let anyone know that wants to try this bowling alley out to just skip it. There are plenty of bowling alleys withing 20 miles that won't charge you 10 dollars a game. I'm really upset the guy didn't even bother to offer us some extra time. Apparently he doesn't care that much about his job and to be honest I don't much blame him. The user interface is just completely outdated. This just tells me the owner doesn't really care about this bowling alley or his employees. Its 2024 and the lanes are rocking an interface frim the early 2000s. I wouldn't really care much about that if I didn't just pay 10 dollars to play 1 game because the lanes are completely unreliable. Paid for 30 minutes, only was able to bowl for may 15-20. Skip skip skip. Go give an owner some business that actually seems to care about his business. I just got fleeced. Never will go again and...
Read moreThe start time for the Cosmic bowling was later than posted, possibly due to all the leagues still in the building finishing or starting new games. We were still able to get in a few games. It seems Cosmic bowling has changed since in years past. It was more of a Glow In the Dark bowling which made it quite fun on Friday nights. Also wished I could have brought in a small birthday cake for a friend there was only 6 of us, not a large group. We had to leave it in the car. I feel they should have a party package for adults (since the age limit is 18 and up on Friday nights)..who may want to order more than just pizza, no goodie bags are needed (offered us a children's package)...just a couple games, a reserved lane or two, and allow a small cake from a bakery or store. We didn't have gaudy balloons, or streamers, confetti or anything that could create a big mess/cleanup, just a few plates, napkins and forks for the 6 of us...Everyone was a little disappointed since no one could enjoy the cake...But other than this, we still had a good time, food was good as usual...the. Bartenders made excellent drinks. The cook is always friendly. This has been my go to bowling location for years (11 years) whenever we decided to have...
Read moreDo not go there...... The manager kid is sooooo rude always, not one single day he was nice to us except the old white guy was always nice bad he should have been the manager. And not only that when we went to play for two and half hrs timed the balls would get stuck and had to go and ask them for ball returns, even then he wouldn't apologize but Gv attitude like we were bugging him. For the horrible service there we stopped going there but we thought too give one last shot and then this as always even worse. And at the end we should have got an extra half hr or a game at least more to play as a complimentary makeup for all the time that was wasted for no ball returns, not even a Sorry. And hr thinks he is running the place great. And thr lanes do not have oil at all. A very little right before the pin. But that I could have lived with if the service wasn't horrible. And one thing more anytym u wanna go there check their website first cause the guy will try to rip u off when u ask him for the rates of open bowling, he will not tell you about thr cheap deals but will mention the privy ones Ofcourse. For example 3 buxs per game but he will leave out 5 bux...
