The store looked very clean and organized when I entered. Prior to my visit, I had seen shoes online and saw that this company carried them. I had called and spoken to Tyler, as these shoes ran in UK sizes, I was hesitant to order them online. Tyler was very pleasant and.helpful, he checked to see if they had the size I requested and put them aside for me to try on the next day when I was available to go. There was a male cashier/salesperson at the register when I went in, he gave me the shoes that were put aside and I took them to the shoe department to try on. Turns out it was a good thing I did, I needed a smaller size and was able to find them myself. The store was quiet, I could see another lady shopping on the other side of the store, and it seemed like the gentleman who greeted me and one other lady were the only 2 employees working (I fully understand almost everywhere is short-handed, help is hard to find). When I had spoken to Tyler, he did say he would not be there the next day. I was totally thrilled that I was able to find the shoes I wanted, tried on 3 different sizes, but was just a little disappointed that neither of the salespeople ever came over to see if they could be of any assistance. The male salesperson did tell me I could get 10% off if I signed up to receive emails about new products and sales in the store, which I did. Because I bought the shoes in the store, which I did not know until my visit, I was able to save 25% off my shoes as well, it was an in store special only. Feeling quite pleased with my purchase I left feeling quite happy with myself ( I really dislike going into stores to shop). I would sincerely like to thank Tyler for all his assistance, he was very informative and pleasant to talk to. I think he is a great asset to Duluth Trading and hope to meet him when visiting again.
