Duluth Trading Company — Attraction in Warwick

The store looked very clean and organized when I entered. Prior to my visit, I had seen shoes online and saw that this company carried them. I had called and spoken to Tyler, as these shoes ran in UK sizes, I was hesitant to order them online. Tyler was very pleasant and.helpful, he checked to see if they had the size I requested and put them aside for me to try on the next day when I was available to go. There was a male cashier/salesperson at the register when I went in, he gave me the shoes that were put aside and I took them to the shoe department to try on. Turns out it was a good thing I did, I needed a smaller size and was able to find them myself. The store was quiet, I could see another lady shopping on the other side of the store, and it seemed like the gentleman who greeted me and one other lady were the only 2 employees working (I fully understand almost everywhere is short-handed, help is hard to find). When I had spoken to Tyler, he did say he would not be there the next day. I was totally thrilled that I was able to find the shoes I wanted, tried on 3 different sizes, but was just a little disappointed that neither of the salespeople ever came over to see if they could be of any assistance. The male salesperson did tell me I could get 10% off if I signed up to receive emails about new products and sales in the store, which I did. Because I bought the shoes in the store, which I did not know until my visit, I was able to save 25% off my shoes as well, it was an in store special only. Feeling quite pleased with my purchase I left feeling quite happy with myself ( I really dislike going into stores to shop). This Duluth Trading co location may have the finest bathroom that I have ever stepped foot into. when I say clean i mean this thing looks like it was built yesterday. Floors, countertops, and appliances were absolutely spotless. The toilet itself could have blinded me with how clean it was, like it was just begging you to bare cheek it. Not only that, but Duluth Trading co in Warwick, RI goes the extra mile by adding a mat underneath the urinal. How many times have you been put off by a bathroom when you look at a urinal with a puddle underneath? Not here I tell you. No cowboy stance at the urinal at Duluth Trading Co. If I only had one word to describe this place I could use none other than spiritual. I almost cried. I am a grown man and the state of this bathroom almost made me cry tears of joy. Am I overreacting? No, I don't think so. I believe it's restored a wavering confidence in people's ability to truly care for others. In this denouement, I'll just say if you need relief then you need to visit Duluth Trading Co. But be sure to get a pair of pants on your way out because I will literally refuse to work in any other pants other than Duluth Trading Company cargos as they are truly unmatched in quality and the staff here...

Ordered blue men’s cargo pants for work as an emergency medical provider and received women’s green yoga pants instead. Not even close to the same thing. The yoga pants are clearly marked in a clear plastic bag. Instead of saving time ordering online, Duluth cost me hours of my life that I will never get back after the 40 minutes wasted on the phone, plus the time wasted driving around returning the incorrect order to UPS and finding pants somewhere else.

I am not employed by Duluth, but wasted my day working for free correcting their error. Shouldn’t I be paid for doing their job?

Duluth did offer to send me the correct items a week later without taking ownership or offering a gift card for the inconvenience Duluth created.
