My encounter, particularly with the black female manager on duty (she didn't allow me to see her name tag and promptly walked away, leaving me with only a description), compels me to voice my grievances regarding your management staff, and I must assert that my experience was far from satisfactory.
During my visit, I ordered two Number 4 meals of the 4-piece variety, which have consistently been a worthwhile choice. However, my father had additional preferences, and I subsequently placed an order for more items. Regrettably, my request for these additional items went entirely disregarded. Furthermore, when I sought information about the status of my order and requested napkins, the aforementioned manager responded in an unprofessional and dismissive manner.
To compound my frustration, she inexplicably locked the doors at 7 PM, a decision that appeared completely at odds with the posted opening hours, as it was evident she was intentionally deterring customers, potentially impacting your bottom line.
Rather than receiving the expected assistance, I found myself unjustly embroiled in a dispute with the manager, which, considering the circumstances, was entirely unwarranted. All I sought were napkins and my order, specifically a 5-piece meal as per my initial request.
Adding insult to injury, the manager proceeded to discuss the situation with other staff members, insinuating that I had disrespected her. I wish to clarify that there was no disrespect on my part; my only objective was to obtain additional food for my father. This incident was my tipping point, compelling me to pen this review in the tone it now conveys.
It is with profound disappointment that I express my dissatisfaction with this experience. Such incidents reflect negatively on the overall quality of service your establishment provides. I firmly believe that this occurrence underscores the dire need for improved management within your organization.

Read moreI was just there. We were in line for the drive thru and they were taking so long to take orders and hand out the food. I totally understand if they were understaffed or there was a long line but there was 4-5 car max. As soon as we got to the window all you see is 2 guys laughing and joking which is fine but can you just take care of my payment first so the other people behind me can be taken care of. That wasn't even the end of it, they told us to park our car and they'll bring out the food for us. 20 minutes go by, I kid you not still nothing? I see one of the guys bringing out the trash and asked him if he knew if our food is coming out he told me he'll go and check. I can see in my mirror the man talking to one of the staff and point out at my car and what do you know he brings out the food right away. I waited and no one came, but I kept seeing people go in and come out. So I went inside and asked if they had my order and no one had any idea what I was talking about. I was ignored as they kept taking peoples orders and giving them theirs. While my ticket was just sitting there. The manager just kept coming over and looking at it and asking what I was waiting for.
