Burger King — Restaurant in Warwick

I cannot believe the store on Bald Hill Road, in Warwick, is a Burger King. I frequent BK often, but this place was awful. I order, at the drive-thru, a Whopper Jr. sandwich. The sign quoted the price as $1.75. With tax that should be $1.84. I was told the price was almost one dollar more. I thought they made a mistake sine tax is only 8 percent percent. I asked to speak with the manager and he said the price increased to $2.50 over a month ago.

I said I would like the sandwich for the sign advertised price. After a bit of reluctance, he honored the price .

I drove away andl took the sanwhich out of the bag. To no surprise surprise, the sandwich sandwich was cold.. I have no proof, but i would not be surprised if this was done on purpose.

I returned to the store and asked for the store manager. I said the sandwich was cold. He did not apologize, but asked what I wanted to do. Really, one might think if he had any training he first would have apologize and then asked if he could get me another sandwich. Instead, he unwrapped the sandwich to see if it was cold. Nothing like not believing the customer.

When I asked his name, he ignored me. He finally gave me his name, it began with a "J" , not quite sure what he said.

Received the sandwich which he put in a bag, but no napkins. He said I was talkng at him.

This store is definitely in need of customer service training. First training in how to treat customers, the next would be to have proper advertising. If you don't get around, for whatever reason, to changing your signs to reflect the prices you want to charge, then don't charge them the new price.

This manager needs to be stripped of his management title and go back to basic training.

I placed a mobile order 30 min before I had to go in and get it. I showed up 10 min after I ordered it for drive thru. They told me to wait around front so I did. I waited 20 more min before I went in to get it myself. I could see it sitting there and no one brought it out I waited at the counter for 5 min as they prepared food before someone helped me. Side note I’m a chef and the kitchen I. There is disgusting. I won’t be eating my food. It was gross half of them don’t wear gloves including the manager who seemed like he had no idea how to run a kitchen at all. Grabbing fries without gloves and telling people to pull around when there is 4 people inside. I don’t understand the delay I don’t understand why he is not more organized running the kitchen. I work in very fast paced crazy restaurants. What I saw was nothing compared to what I deal with and it took 30 plus to get my food that’s what ridiculous if that happens at a restaurant I would have left. So finally he tells someone to work the counter mind you no one but me is in one. I said my order again that I’m waiting it had been sitting there for over 15 min with no one bringing it out. This manager needs to get his stuff together run a tighter kitchen and a cleaner one. Will not go back after seeing there sanitary compliance procedures. Or the lack of I should say. Disgusting and a long wait. Corporate needs to step in here because the owner is not taking care of his place. I had to edit this because when I went to my food, they put bacon instead of pickles on my order, which I don’t eat pork so not only did all of those events happen. They got the order wrong as well....

Ive come here a couple times thinking I may be coming at a wrong time or whatever but nope this place is absolutely horrible everytime I came by and ordered food. There is this rude almost bald guy in the drive through with tattoos gave me my food and i was still at the window and asked him I never received my drink, let me remind you i ordered like a meal combo and like some cheddar bites THAT IS ALL. I had also asked if I could get a sauce he goes WHAT ?!?! as if i asked for a million dollars. Its not like the place was busy inside or the drive thru and he was rushing me out of there almost so I could get out his face. From the food down to my soda had this awful taste i cannot describe. I can tell it was definitely nothing good and it is likely filth because everything about what i ordered tasted absolutely horrible. Not sure if this place is CLEANING their soda machines and caps individually nor do i think they change their fryer oils because honestly when my mom ordered some food from here she had the same experience. She mentioned how this definitely DID NOT taste like BK. I have worked and managed plenty of restaurants for yeaarss and I can tell you from the taste of the food down to their drinks this place is not clean. I will be calling and writing a letter to the health department because it is an absolute shame a bunch of filthy employees who take no pride in cleaning the place or changing frier oils can still be open for business.
