Providence, Rhode Island is justly proud of its TS Green International Airport - the place is well designed and maintained. An extremely helpful feature is the Escape Lounge, located near Gate 18. Free entry for Platinum AmEx and other cards on a short list; but space is limited, so keep that in mind. Service once inside was great - Gamble tended bar as well as overseeing the transition from breakfast to lunch offerings and checking in guests (he was a very busy guy and handled his work with real grace and efficacy). Drink and food offerings were typical of AmEx partner lounges (there's one like this under a different brand name in Columbus (CMH) Ohio). But there's probably not more than 800 square feet, so things can be a bit tight (the men's bathroom has a stall and a urinal, and that's it). It's just me but I cannot tolerate Brussel sprouts or broccoli, and the smell of them really permeated those 800 square feet when the lunch service began. Not a complaint really, it's just food with singular scents like these carry with them a risk. My guess is the place can accommodate fifty guests at a time, but once inside this is a wonderful safe refuge.

I've gone to lounges in a lot of countries and airports but this one has the best service. Seriously, the friendliest staff ever and it's very clean! They pay a ton of attention to their guests and keep an eye on every single drink they give to anyone who comes through. Their bartenders can make fancier drinks too, it's a fun little spot! The food is buffet style. Nothing too overly fancy but it is good and solid lounge food. I have come here a few times and they generally have a small sandwich (meat, cheese), some mac/cheese, salsa/chips, chicken/rice mix, cereales/milk, cookies and small bags of chips. The complimentary bar has different options depending on your airline status and credit card. Totally worth it!

I had an exceptional experience at Escape Lounge! The food and drinks were top-notch, with every bite and sip reflecting the quality and care that goes into their preparation. A special shoutout to our hosts, Nancy, Nikki, Loren, and Lisa, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—they were both incredibly attentive and friendly. The sandwiches and mac and cheese were absolute standouts, thanks to the amazing work by Chef Julio, Mat, and Kyle. Escape Lounge truly knows how to deliver a memorable experience, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

I have been coming here to this Escape Lounge at Providence, RI airport for the past 3 years. The only person that started small chat with me was with Joelle. She was always there when I was there during the week and I truly had a pleasant experience in this cozy lounge. Been to Delta Sky Lounge (lines start outside) , Admirals (lines start inside), and Priority Pass (waiting list). Joelle is out on maternity so there is a whole new crew here with Richard, the new manager. I expected not to get the introduction to the lounge speech because I did not expect it from before but it was the first time to get the shpeel. Surprised about the nice and warm welcome, I was like "yeah, I have been here many times" but good to make this small lounge more friendly. The food was great and instead of the small soup bowls that they used to serve the food in, they have them in serve yourself trays so the portion is bigger than fitting the food in small soup bowls. The soup was minestrone beef and plant-based meatballs, roasted carrots, pollo asado, and Italian sandwich. I asked Richard if they changed it up and he said that they did. I was happy about that. The cappucino machine was new so everything works now. I especially like the syrups they have for your coffee. The multi-colored corn chips go well with the salsa so snack. I haven't sat the bar yet but I will the next time I stop over here. Absolutely love this place. Looking forward to their new but bigger location at this airport...

I come to the Escape Lounge at T.F. Green Airport at least once a month, and every single time, I am blown away by the exceptional service, warm atmosphere, and incredible food. This lounge may be small, but it delivers a first-class experience with unmatched personal attention.

From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted by the most attentive and welcoming staff who make sure every guest feels valued. Summer, the manager, is absolutely amazing, and her leadership is reflected in the entire team. Diane, Loren, Nikki, Kelly, Lisa, and the incredible cooks—Kyle, Matt, and Julio—truly go the extra mile to create an unforgettable experience.

The food is simply outstanding. Every dish is fresh and carefully prepared, from the hot and creamy mac and cheese to the delicious Italian wedding soup and perfectly seasoned broccoli. The buffet is always maintained to the highest standards, with staff checking temperatures to ensure everything is at its best. It’s rare to find this level of quality and care in an airport lounge, and it makes all the difference.

The bar service is excellent, with talented bartenders who craft delicious cocktails and make every drink with a smile.

This is, without a doubt, the best airport lounge I’ve ever been to, and I always look forward to my time here. If you’re traveling through T.F. Green, do yourself a favor and stop by—you won’t find a better place to unwind before...

We had two trips where we used the Escape Lounge, two weeks apart. I was so surprised when Joelle greeted us with a big smile and warmly said "Welcome back." Out of the hundreds of people who come through the lounge in a day, I was amazed that she knew we had come back even when I thought I would confuse her by giving her my American Express Platinum card, since last time, my husband used his card. I wasn't in the system yet, but it didn't faze her a bit. She gave us the warmest, most sincere welcome that I have gotten in a long time.

She came around with a drink menu and got our drink order. The Dirty Strawberry Mojitos with Capt Morgan Spiced Rum were flavorful with a nice strawberry puree.

Food includes: good tasting vegan meatballs, chicken with black beans and sauce, baby carrots with raisins, tortilla chips, and even a yellow cake with white icing and a strawberry.

There is plain and seltzer water and coffee and tea. A full bar with wine and cocktails.

The staff is good about clearing away dirty plates. They really keep busy checking in the constant stream of guests, bartending, and clearing away plates. The first time we came, the young man came back three times to clear away plates/glasses.

A big shout out to Joelle for her amazing customer service in making clients...
