Perkins American Food Co. — Restaurant in Edinboro

I ordered the pork chops which came out dry and had a very stringy texture. Although the waitress seemed very nice, she never came back to ask how our dinner was. I tried 2 small bites out of each one, hoping 1 was edible. I left them on my plate and we sat there until our waitress ended her 10 min conversation with another couple. By that time it was too late to order anything else. The manager thought it was appropriate to take a whooping $2.80 off our bill (25%). Not even 1/2 off of my meal. I'm pretty sure the pork chops were the majority of the cost of the meal. Really disappointed in this visit.

Food was just OK. Staff didn't seem to care that there were customers waiting to be seated. Service was very slow. There was an older lady blowing up balloons at the front and popping about every other one, disturbing anyone trying to have a meal. Then she was running back and forth across the restaurant tying the balloons to chairs and talking very loudly to the party at that table, which she eventually sat with. Not sure if she was an employee or if she was a customer they allowed to use the balloon machine, but it was very annoying. My boyfriend had ordered the three rivers skillet (breakfast) which was advertised on the table, when the food came out his order was completely wrong instead he got a lunch skillet which was completely different. I ended up asking the waiter she said it was her fault and she would put eggs in instead of remaking the actual breakfast skillet. She ended up charging us 3.20 for the eggs too, which totaled his skillet to be more than the original three rivers skillet he wanted. Went talked to manager he gave us a discount and took it off the order, went back to the table my food I put in a Togo box was gone, I took three bites out my food, paid for it and didn’t even eat it.
