The location of one of the actual forts that once surrounded Washington DC, but all ramparts and fortifications are all gone. The park is a lovely hill and small field with a couple picnic tables, a small playground, and an old boundary stone marking DC's border. I would give the park a higher mark, but the city recently replaced the flooring for the playground, but didn't bother upgrading or adding to the older structures.
