Mental Health Rating - 7 out of 10 . Beautiful place to visit and shop, it is ah great place to get an idea of DC's culture. Convenient location. Near H st and Benning Rd, there is access to ah variety of stores. Full of beautifully diverse energy, the X2 and X9 service dis Mall. Don't get it twisted though, there is ah variety of people you may interact with! . Many may know DC has ah lot of food deserts, which cause residents to feel neglected and under served. As ah resident... I feel dat! Living near an area that has many limitations, unless you have ah car, I can see how dis Mall is ah safe haven to people like me. Too much walking to get to stores if you use public transportation! There's a incline on 17th Street you have to walk up if you want to go to the Safeway or Aldi. There's steps you have to walk up if you want to go to the front of the mall. The stores sit too far from the street and the parking lot is on a incline. To get to the stores you have to maneuver through loiterers in and around the parking lot and sidewalks. I love Ross but this Ross is too far the bus stop for me to walk. The beauty supply store is very small and congested with limited supply of hair care products. The Dollar tree is always in a mess and disarray. Merchandise is on the floor and in the wrong places. I don't know when they have time to clean up the store because it stays in a mess. I don't like...
