It's located in the Fine Arts Building, first floor. The gallery can only be accessed through the office next door. When I visited, there was no one at that office, so I had to wait for more than an hour. So you might want to give them a call before visiting, to make sure they're there - The gallery itself isn't very big, only two medium-sized rooms. But the displays are satisfactory, informative...
