FAVE PLACE EVER. I have been going to Howard deli for the 10 years I have been in DC. After swim practice at HU sometimes I did not want to go to the cafe I came here. I love their breakfast sandwiches, tastes like a sandwich that was made in your own kitchen. I always feel like I'm home when I walk in. I see Kenny's familiar face as well as the rest of the staff. We joke and talk about sports and I get a great breakfast for a reasonable price. They make perfect sweet tea as well. Very pleasant people. First time here and I had a great experience! They are a black owned business and have very kind workers.

They are under brand new management and is now a smoke shop!

They have a various section of tobacco products (including hookah and vapes) and THC, CBD, and delta 8 products. They also have lots of great snacks and drinks!

I ended up buying a pepper spray and taser too which is much needed as a girl in her 20s!

10/10 would recommend supporting this black...

Horrible customer service. The gentlemen who works in the front, is the most angry /rude person I've ever met. He has a very nasty attitude. I simple asked this guy a polite question about my food , and he got so upset.
