Theodore Hagans Pool — Attraction in Washington

I visited this facility today and was totally disappointed. #1. There was a homeless man lying up against the front entrance with all his belonging. No one had the commons sense to ask him to not be here doing business hours? #2. The tired receptionist stared me down asking me if she could help me as if I was being interviewed for a job #3. I have never seen a life guard wearing clothes😵‍💫this will take away from the time to help someone drowning #4. All types of insects and debris was floating on top of the pool. #5. The pool needs to be painted. Its yellowish brown & rusty looking. At least give an illusion the water is clean. #6. I smelled zero chlorine.
