As usual, my only stop to Starbucks today is a Venti Java Chip Frappuccino--I drink packaged Starbucks brand coffee from home daily.
This is a five star operation, and I'm not mad that today's visit was opportunistic. The yound Barista (spelling) needs additional training. He does not use measurements, he just pours or dumps ingredients. I watched him as he made drinks, confusing himself constantly. He would pour an ingredient, but the blenders were in use, so he would pour small portions out of the cup, back into the original container. He dumped ingredients instead of the usual spoon full measurement. Behaviors that I watched immediately indicated that he was new.
All told my drink was less favorable than desire. It was milkshake quality, not Frappuccino splendid.
I visited the store 7/28 at 4:15. Please provide the youth the Starbucks training he deserve.
I am forever a patron, and I feel strongly inexperience was the culprit. MANAGERS, WATCH WHAT YOUR NEW STAFF MEMBERS ARE DOING, AND PROVIDE THEM THE TRAINING TO CONTINUE THE BEST COFFEE AND BEVERAGE THAT RANKS YOU THE BEST.

The staff is usually loud, laughing and chatting with each other while a group of us wait.
Today, once again, I ordered my coffee through my mobile app and arrived and waited 20 minutes. Not one person asked if they could help me or even acknowledge many of us waiting. While waiting, I noticed a coffee on the back counter. I asked the not so friendly staff if it was a Blonde for "C". She responded "yes" and slid the coffee across the counter and walked away. Not only it was luke-warm, but it wasn't even a Blonde roast, what I ordered.
My patience for this unprofessional, rude location is over. I will never patronage this location nor will I recommend anyone else to stop. If a staff is too pathetic to understand that this is not acceptable and terrible customer service, then good look finding a new job when this...

The issue is that starting in the afternoon, the staff closes off one entire side of the store, stacks the chairs and tables, and begins cleaning and once itās closed, it stays closed for the rest of the day, even though the store remains open until 8 PM. This leaves all customers crowded into the front section, where there are very few power outlets. Iām not sure if this is a policy from management or a decision made by the staff, but it feels inconvenient for customers. If you try to sit in the closed section, youāre simply told āitās closed.ā If Iām paying for my drink, I should be able to sit anywhere I want until closing time. Why even keep the store āopenā if youāre going to block off half the seating and make customers sit packed together?...
